The General Tso’s Cauliflower was crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend! Also ordered an enchilada bowl- they forgot my tortillas, but it tasted fine. My husband enjoyed his burger. Gluten free options clearly labeled on the menu. Would definitely return!

where do I start? 😍 the service is chefs kiss 👌- I’ve always had amazing servers who try to make our experience special. ✨I could write a love song about the wedge salad. I get it every time. ✨I dream about the thunderbird pizza. (also, all the pizzas can come gluten free! big win) It’s slightly spicy and sweet. ✨I wish I could swim in the espresso martini.. I think it's the best one in Memphis. they have a revolving drink menu and I've never tried one I didn't like. my only complaint is it's a little loud in the center of the room so it's hard to hear if you're sitting at a large table.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Marlow’s Barbecue is an absolute gem! Not only is it rich in history—Elvis himself used to eat and hang out here when he was a sheriff—but the food and service are top-notch. Did I mention that they’ll come pick you up in a limo for free? It’s complementary, but don’t forget to tip the amazing Driver ,who is also an awesome person. Three generations of owners have kept this place alive, and you can feel the passion in every bite. Our server was Kristy. She was fairly new there and an absolute prize. The current owner Michael is on-site and incredibly knowledgeable, especially when it comes to celiac and food allergies, which is a rare and much-appreciated find. I have celiac so finding somewhere safe to eat everywhere I go is always a goal. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and there’s Elvis memorabilia everywhere. This place is like a museum and an incredible restaurant and the food is absolutely phenomenal. For me, this place checks all the boxes. I can’t recommend it enough!

My goodness!! If only I had pictures of the experience that I could share. I had such a great time I forgot to take pictures of the food, but this experience was just so phenomenal. It’s my third time patronizing this location altogether. (2 dine-in and 1 takeout; each time positive experience.) I was there to celebrate my mother’s birthday and from the moment I placed my reservation that morning I was dealt with in a courteous manner and utmost patience. Thank you Ben for setting the tone for a great evening and thank you Ms. Dean later when I called to confirm that I was still on my way. Although I recommend trying your best to be on time for your reservation out of respect to the staff and guests, I ended up being an hour late (but I asked my guests to check in for me); however, the diligence and care of the staff was touching. I was escorted to my reserved area with a smile. The reservation was originally for a smaller amount of guests but since I was unsure about the specific number in attendance, when I got there they had not 1, but 2 tables reserved! Ana, our server for the first table, promptly greeted us and had a perfect attitude which gave us an even more pleasant experience! She was so attentive to our needs that night, and did everything in a timely manner. I’ve never had such excellent service. She even took pictures of our guests for us, and was very friendly. I believe Rachel was the name of the server at our second table and she even served the couple who came in a little before closing with us. When I did interact with her she did very well and an excellent attitude! All of the food everyone loved, and the guests asked me for recommendations so the majority of them ordered my suggestion which is also the restaurant’s suggestion: cedar plank salmon! I get it every time. Literally the best salmon, veggies, and marble potatoes, but some guests ordered different sides. The lamb I tried was so juicy and tender. I had the botanical smash mocktail and it was good. The birthday girl enjoyed her meal as well and they cater to gluten-free eaters like herself which was another factor in choosing this location. Great selection of food!! Great quality AND quantity at a great price. Beautiful, intimate, and sophisticated ambiance. Also, I love the on-site security and the option of valet parking. The staff that night really took great care of us and it all points back to the great managers there and God. Everything was so perfect that night I knew He was in the midst. All of it was what I prayed for and exceeded my expectations. It was such a magnificent experience and such a blessing—the type of evening that will have our guests, myself, and my mom, whom I surprised that night (was in joyful tears), with a party that will be talked about greatly for years!! Thank you so very much and of course, I will be back and continue to look forward to many more positive experiences. Highly appreciated and highly recommended. :) (The pictures, except the receipt from the night of, are actually from the very first time I tried Seasons 52 which was a great experience.)

Location was clean and the staff was very pleasant! We were first time customers and they took their time to explain the menu. Everyone had a smile on their face and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The food was fresh and flavorful and prepared quickly. They also had a gluten free crust option and dairy free cheese available. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

I love Amerigo. last week and my visit there, I had a great waiter. My friend and I got there early enough to do the early bird special and I think I'll do that again. All that great food and a glass of wine for a very reasonable price. And I can have gluten-free there and not get sick. Hurrah! I just wish they would find some good gluten-free bread because I miss it so. I know it's been years since they had it, but it was so good! And a treat celiac don't get very often when they go out.

My husband and I used to love this place. But first the onion rings changed and now the gluten free fries I loved are no more. Please bring back the fries! It’s not a go to place for me anymore as it was the fries that had me craving Farm Burger.

This really is a hidden gem! Speakeasy vibe with an eclectic menu. Gluten-free options are clearly marked on the menu which is much appreciated. I had the Jumbo Shrimp & Grits and it was so good! My partner that has no dietary restrictions had the Cajun Pasta. He said it was very good as well.

Incredibly rude staff. I went in tonight and have a stutter and they lost their patience. Secondly, one of my family members has a gluten allergy and I specifically asked for sauce on the side due to gluten allergy. They put it on top and then told me it wasn’t gluten free. When I told them there was an allergy she said here I’ll remove the spot with that sauce on it. No ma’am with celiac you can’t risk the cross contamination or it being in the dish. I asked them to remake it and even offered to pay for it due to their error and they wanted to just scoop more of it out. They also lost their patience then too. They probably just lost my family and I’s business. I don’t advise going if you have gluten allergy or have a stutter and want to be judged.

Went here this evening with a friend visiting from out of town, and it was the perfect dinner. The atmosphere was subdued and comfortable – I’m autistic and have a hard time dining out because so many places are echoey and play loud music. This was very refreshing. The person who served the tableside guacamole was so welcoming and friendly without being intrusive, which is a hard balance – I waited tables and bartended for ten years, I get it – and even that small interaction was so pleasant. The same goes for our server, Grace, who was also incredibly helpful and patient with recommendations (which I’m so glad I listened to – the lamb sliders were out of this world), very attentive, and just super cool. My margarita was excellent (and I’m kind of a snob about those) and my friend had nothing but compliments for their mocktail. I love that they put so much care into non-alcoholic options. Also, my friend is gluten intolerant and there were SO many good GF options. We shared the perfect appetizer with zero effort or pressure to compromise. It’s great to be in a place where people with dietary restrictions don’t have to feel like they’re making a scene, but we can just enjoy a good meal together. Thanks for a great evening and the 11/10 service. I’ll definitely be back, and I might even try another dish, but seriously, idk how I will, because, again, those sliders… Whew.

The menu is spectacular and the food is every bit as deliciously described. We loved the way the menu wasn’t a fixture and we could construct our own meals. Our gluten free requirements were happily accorded with. Staff from the meet and greet onwards were outstanding, particularly Avery who took care of everything with decorum and humour looking after us and our little girl who summed it up when Avery asked Harper “What was the best for you tonight?” She said “You”!

I've never had anything gluten free that tasted edible. I bought a piece of strawberry cake and didn't see til I got home that it was GF. When I tell you it was the best dang piece of cake I've ever had - it's 100% the truth. The lions mane wings were delish too, but that cake made me write this review b/c it was too good to be overlooked. Staff was friendly too. If I come back to Memphis this place will see me again.

We went for Mother’s Day and took our kiddos! They have kid friendly drinks and amazing drinks with alcohol. Service was amazing and food came out super fast. My wife is Gluten free and the menu was labeled with GF choices. Atmosphere was family friendly and date night acceptable.

Babalu East Memphis is not as loud as a Babalu Midtown, but it's still a little loud for a lot of conversation. However, the food is so good (and there are a lot of choices for us celiacs) that I go anyway, when I get a chance. I had a great glass of red sangria (made on site) and my companion had a yummy looking drink, but I forgot what it was. The service was good, and I especially enjoyed the new server who made the guacamole table side. Can't wait to go back!

A little overpriced in our opinion, but delicious steak! The second one that is. We ordered a medium rare steak and were served a medium well, BUT, the staff made SURE we were happy and raced out an absolutely wonderful filet mignon- free of charge. One big plus side, was that they offered a gluten-free/vegetarian menu for dietary restrictions. We enjoyed ourselves and were satisfied in the end.

We are so excited that we moved close by! They have gluten free options for all sandwiches, though not all menu items. However, they don't have gluten free kitchens. They have great service, am amazing salad bar, and free soft-serve!

Food was amazing. They had an allergen menu so I was able to find exactly what id be able to eat. Their site also mentions a dedicated fryer for their French fries so they won't be contaminated by gluten. I ordered the Greek salad. The smoked chicken flavor was so good and it was so tender. My toddler was acting crazy while we were there so I didn't get pictured of the food and I also don't know our servers name however he was so friendly and helpful.

Great experience. Our lunch started with a complimentary bowl of popcorn that the severs bring to each table. It was a welcomed snack as we surveyed the menu. We started off the the GENERAL TSO'S CAULIFLOWER, which was the highlight of the meal. I eat gluten-free, so I finally got to enjoy an appetizer! The hubs said, "We could feed this this to the kids and they would never know it wasn't chicken." It was fantastic and we polished off every piece. I had the ENCHILADA CHICKEN BOWL (gf). The shredded chicken was tender and complimented by the seasoned rice, black beans, guac and lettuce. I didn't finish it all, but I did make a dent in the Gen. Tso's cauliflower earlier. The hubs ordered the SOB BURGER with CANDIED BACON. He ate every bite, so I'm assuming that was two thumbs up. The fries were a medium thickness and came out hot!. The atmosphere was soothing and aesthetically pleasing. I enjoyed looking into the open kitchen while we talked between courses. We will be returning to SOB East! Visiting Memphis, great spot not too far. On the fancier side and it’s expensive for the area but it’s worth it. Fantastic dinners. Not many appetizer options for gluten free but there are plenty of entrees that are safe for celiacs!! Have had very kind and helpful servers each time I’ve been here. First time I tried the swordfish (INCREDIBLE) and the second time here I had the Maine lobster ravioli dish (also very good). The oysters are fresh and tasty. My boyfriend had the Chilean sea bass both times. It was good enough to order it again the next time we went so that’s a testament to the dish in itself. They worked with us on making sure there would be something that was GF and they were great all around. Recently had Jackson and he was a sweetie pie. Also the the little rose on each table is a nice touch. There is a dress code. Business casual and they have valet. Great spot to catch the sunset on the water. Favorite in the Memphis area, for sure!!

They were also very knowledgeable about what items were gluten-free and ensuring that everything I ate was safe for me. My party of 3 thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Great experience. Menu items were not your standard run of the mill options. But server was great at answering questions and confirming which items were, or could be modified to be, gluten-free or vegetarian. And I got to sit in the Priscilla chair! Would definitely recommend or return when I'm in the area.

Our first time in Memphis and we lived this place. We were greeted immediately by the staff, given a thorough rundown of the menu items with recommendations. We chose the Texas trio - ribs, brisket, and sausage. All 3 were outstanding. The mac and cheese was different, but really good. The Texas twinkie was a solid classic, and the cole slaw was cole slaw. If we ever make it back to Memphis, we'll be back to Bains. We had a gluten free member with us and she had zero issues.
