Love this place! Has a great vibe and is one of the only restaurants around that offers both gluten free and vegan desserts on their menu. I recommend the teriyaki bowl with either salmon or crispy chicken, and the chocolate chip cookie.

I ordered the fries with the chicken which is listed as GF on the menu because I have a gluten allergy. They put some sort of beef on there and now I’m sick. No one is answering the phone so I can ask what they marinate their steak in that’s not gluten free. I’m trying to gauge how much gluten I got and how sick I’ll be tonight. Ugh such a bummer. Really wish restaurants would be more careful and just follow the order. How hard can it be?
We went for happy hour and they’ve got a great selection. I’m gluten-free and they were well-versed on what precautions to take and able to answer any questions I had about modifications.
We're visiting from out of state and were looking for a quick bite. We came in today around 1 and I believe it was Jared (maybe Jason?) that helped us out. He was super friendly and welcoming. He had a great attitude and was fun to talk with. Our food was super fast and yummy! Also, gluten free friendly which is great!
I do like the burgers, however when it's asked to be on a Gluten Free bun it needs to be. It was marked as Gluten Free when I ordered, but once I got home it was obviously not, and just on a health and safety standpoint it's unexeptable to be serving people food that they are allergic too especially when it is stamped to be something it's not.
Great home style cooking — even made us gluten free roti. Great customer service to go above and beyond. Coming back tomorrow again. Yummy cauliflower, panner saag, chickpeas & dosas. Owner and staff is great. Going back again tomorrow. Thank you.
Shayne was great! So attentive, gave great options and always smiled. He’s a genuinely nice person. The cocktails and food were great and there’s gluten free options. Will return.
Lyric was AMAZING! I’m a BJ’s regular and I’ve never had such good service. He was very helpful, attentive, and kind. He said he hadn’t been serving very long and I couldn’t believe it! The margarita flight was good, as was the burger and gluten free pizzookie.

We had a wonderful experience at Plank Provisions. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The dishes have interesting flavors and are plated beautifully. Lots of gluten free options, even dessert!
The only thing I would change is the temperature of the chocolate peanut butter dessert. It was frozen solid when we got it, which made it difficult to eat. The flavor would be so much more enjoyable if it wasn't so hard.
But we loved our dinner and will return whenever we're in town.
This is my favorite place to eat when I visit Austin! Kyla was our waitress this time and is like sunshine every time she visits the table! I Gluten allergy is never a problem here 🙌🏻
Love that they put a Culver's here. Now we don't have to go all the way to Round Rock or up to the G-Town one on Williams Drive. Double Butter Cheese with L, T, and Bacon, please!
Took my family here last night to celebrate my son dropping 30 in his final game of his high school career, the Alumni game. We had the miraculous pleasure of having Melanie as our cashier, and she handled our large order quite perfectly. We have dietary restrictions in my fam so gluten-free here, low carb there. I think I even saw that she might have given us a hookup? Thanks, Melanie! You're the best. We'll come and look for you every time now!!!! 👊🏼
This is my new favorite place at the Domain! First and foremost, our server was amazing! She really knew the wine menu and made some great recommendations based on our pallets. We each had a flight (4 small glasses) and it didn't disappoint.
The menu had several gluten-free options that it made it difficult to choose! Luckily, we'll be returning to try more of them. We shared an olive plate which also went great with our wine tasting. We also had the fried zucchini which had a hint of sweet chili.
For dinner, I had the pork chop and my partner had fish ( I can't remember which) and we were both very pleased with our meals. Our server surprised us with cheesecake and while I couldn't finish it, it was a great dessert to finish our meal.
I cannot wait to go back. It's perfect for any date night or an evening with some friends. Absolutely worth checking out!
The quality of the food is excellent. The customization options are great. My husband is gluten free and the manager made sure to use items from the back that hadn't been touched yet in order to make his bowl. Their drinks are great also.
Everything we ordered from Taverna's menu was delicious, and our service by Chris was excellent too! They have gluten-free options, including a few risotto entrees that were really good. We'll definitely be coming back.
I was able to get gluten free assistance. They changed gloves and everything. I could also get browned cauliflower instead of rice. I couldn't have beef since it has wheat, but the pork was good. The c.f. corn chips are nice and thick, like home made. You get a ton of food and it's really delish. I should have asked for more meat in my bowl.
The food is a typical crepe.
They do offer a gluten free option. It is first come first serve seating. The place fills up during busy times. Today, the service was slow. It took about 23 minutes to get our food
I’m dairy and gluten intolerant and it’s usually hard to find somewhere accommodating to eat. The man that greeted us assured me they had plenty to offer on the menu. My boyfriend and I grabbed a spot at the bar and the bartender was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10 wine and food, will definitely be coming back here
I was super stoked to learn that the fajita meats are gluten free at this restaurant. It's surprising to me the number of places I go to that have gluten in their marinated meats. The waiter recommended the filet fajitas and boy did that ruin me. It was sooo tasty and just melted in our mouths. I don't know if I'll be satisfied with regular beef fajitas ever again. Also loved the non stop chips and salsa!
Since they charge extra for meat anyway, seems like they could bring the price down a bit on non-meat orders. Should offer a gluten-free option for the bread item as well.
My daughter has Celiac Disease and we are just two weeks from diagnosis and learning how to communicate with the restaurants about it.
After saying hello, I let them know that we need to ensure everything is gluten free. They immediately got the staff working the counter to wash hands and pulled out a clean cutting board and knives. They checked on each item to ensure we didn't get anything gluten free.
I left there having ordered a lot of extra food and wanting to write a great review. I am writing this after Southside BBQ lunch day 2 and can't wait to have it again for lunch tomorrow.
Y’all just made me the best gluten free Turkey bacon club I have EVER had! My first time here and now I’m hooked! Goodbye Thundercloud! 🤩🤩😍😍🥰🥰 what a great place and everyone there was as friendly as could be! It brightened my day! Thank you!!
Enjoyed an evening out at the Domain. My son recommended eating at the Culinary Dropout. We were seated right away. After looking at the menu I wasn't sure if they offered allergen free items, but found out quickly from the waiter that the Chef made various Gluten free dinners at request. I ordered the fresh fish. The dinner was delicious. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Everyone else at the table reported there food was delicious as well.
Sammy's are great. GF Cali Club is tasty. Know that they typically use the guac that has been dipped into and spread with the same utensils used for gluten bread so very likely cross contaminated, unless they just pulled guac it off the fridge that hasn't been used yet, or they grabbed some from an unopened container in the fridge. Might request clean guac. Drive through always seems to have issues getting order correct.
I went for a friend's birthday and had a wonderful time. The staff is excellent and I was really happy that they had gluten-free buns. I got a chicken sandwich with small fries and both were delicious. The inside is kind of small but we somehow didn't have issues getting tables for our large party (over 15 people)
INCREDIBLE BURGER, the lady who owns it is the sweetest and they offer GLUTEN FREE buns!! Absolutely amazing this is my go to after work at least once a week 🔥
It’s expensive! But fun. And surprisingly the gluten free pizza is good. My kids love the GF crust. Great place for independent play. I let my kids go and they can manage themselves. Again, it’s a reward around here not a weekly thing. For a kids pizza place it was very clean. The bathrooms were well kept too. Overall, not a cheap date. And it did not disappoint.
This is a great place to eat. I would call it a 'traditional sit down mexican restaurant' and while there's no shortage of those in Austin, this is a great one to visit. The food and drinks are great, and the service has been perfect every time we've visited. They have a large menu and are explicit aboit allergens and gluten. And of course the 2 salsas are excellent too. Can't wait to go back and we just ate here last night.
Four stars only for what is the absolute cluster eff of ordering.
Food was outstanding. Ample seating both in and outdoor. Good selection of adult beverages. Lots of gluten free options.
It has a very Domain ambience which is not for everyone. Great spot to hop in to though for lunch or dinner, especially if you work at the Domain.
I’ll definitely come back but am praying yall fix the line situation. The only word to describe it is chaos.
I come here with my husband all the time, it’s one of our favorite lunch spots! It's on rock rose, so there is no parking right there, but there is lots of free parking around the domain. I cannot recommend this place enough. The service is always fantastic and the food is incredible. There's never a wait when we go. The food is incredible, of course - our favorite dishes are chicken wings, chive cakes, fried chicken, coco rice (with crab), pad kraw pow, and the thai tea. There are lots of vegetarian options, and my husband has a few allergies like peanuts, gluten, etc, and the options have been fine. (Maine Root sodas)
The pad kraw pow is too spicy for me, but my husband - a spice lover - gets it extra spicy every time. It'll definitely get a sweat going, and the flavor is not ruined by the spice! The spice levels always seem to fluctuate with who is cooking, which hasn't been a huge deal for us - but if you can not handle spicy, you might want to be a little cautious.
The coco rice is so good! It comes to the table in a little super hot bowl and you wait a couple minutes for the rice at the bottom to get nice and crispy 🤤 the sauce is amazing and there are some fresh crisp veggies on top so you get a nice fresh crunch throughout as well. As mentioned before, spice may vary.
The fried chicken is some of my favorite fried chicken hands down! It doesn't feel too greasy. It's perfectly crispy, fatty, and salty, and the boom boom sauce adds a nice bit of spice and little bit of sweetness. It's served with some fresh cucumber slices, which is a really nice refreshing add.
I think about the food here all the time.
We just ordered some fries from this food truck as a snack while at the brewery. My mother in law has celiacs so she can’t have any gluten/wheat. We were told that their fries were gluten free so we ordered them. When they came out, they were breaded. Not a big deal as the other people in our party ate them up. However, Nick came over to our table and apologized and refunded us even though we told him not to. There just aren’t that many businesses out there anymore that have this level of customer service. Went way beyond what was needed and we really appreciated it. Not to mention their fries are incredibly delicious. Cheers Nick!

Great atmosphere. The service was very quick. We ordered spicy creamy vegan ramen and vegan red fire opal. We did this with gluten free noodles. It's a great place to experience new cuisine for the first time. The only reason I gave the food 3 stars is because I'm new to it and I guess this cuisine is an acquired taste. Also not many vegetarian options.
Delicious, slow cooked, flavorful, fast casual food! Located in the Domain shopping center. There’s a parking garage around the corner off of Cherry Sage.
The website is great for getting visuals of the dishes. There are a lot of gluten free and dairy free dishes but they note online that cross contamination can happen and they can’t guarantee that the food is completely free of an allergen.
As far as the dish I got to enjoy during Elite week (thank you Sweetgreens BTW)…..Imagine the effort that goes into this….onions slow cooked to caramel color….soft and full of flavor. Spicy broccoli. Slow cooked sweet potatoes with spices. Pesto vinaigrette. Probably 1.5 hours worth of time to make all of this yourself but instead it took 1 minute to go through the line. Healthy goodness at your fingertips.
Staff were great!
Definitely kid friendly location.
Andiamo's location certainly isn't the typical place you'd think you'd be able to get a high quality Italian meal. Not with it located in a strip mall where it's neighbors are a fast food chain, a cash loan agency, job locator, and shoe repair store. Their richly colored walls and decor gives a classy atmosphere that is strikingly different from their modest store front.
Now any Italian restaurant should come down to their food, and Andiamo passes with flying colors. They offer soup, salad, seafood, grill, and obviously pasta options. Andiamo also provides customers with vegetarian, vegan, and perhaps more importantly - gluten-free options. Many of their pasta dishes are deceivingly small. You may think you'll be able to finish off your plate, but like I learned with my Spaghetti Carbonara, that heavy creamy sauce that coats those thick golden strands of pasta is just has heavy as it is tasty.
Andiamo should be on every Austinites' short list of best Italian spots. Personally, I think it would be the perfect spot for a first date. It may put your date off at first, but after passing through their doors into a different world and tasting their perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked Italian meal, they might learn that you have more to offer than originally shown; just like Andiamo.
AKB bar at Archer Hotel was a great location to host our SafeHorns meet and greet happy hour (AKB calls it Sunset Hour)! Not many restaurants or bars have happy hours on Saturdays but AKB does! Plus they let me reserve some bar tables. It’s a beautiful lobby and restaurant. AKB has lots of drink specials and good assortment of appetizers. We tried the pepperoni pizza, brussel sprouts (with pork belly) and guacamole & chips, all of which were tasty. I’m glad they have gluten free & vegetarian options on the happy hour menu. Free parking in the Nordstrom garage which is just a five minute walk away or valet parking at Archer (I think valet is around $16).
The food was delicious...The chicken tortilla soup was to die for...and I'm always cautious and worried because I need gluten free options. The server was happy to assist with my menu selection to find something I COULD eat....Our serve had the best demeanor about him. He was so pleasant and on point. Super calm, cool and collected. Everything was perfect. Very surprising. Huge improvement from last visit a few years ago. Super great job guys. Thanks for the red carpet service...I would give more stars is Google allowed!
This was a favorite "date night" place in the "before times". We've ordered from them a few times during the pandemic. Tonight's special touch reminded me why I'm willing to splurge to eat from here (it can be pricey if not during "happy hour"). I had asked that two sushi rolls that do not traditionally have crunchy bits be separated from the Shaggy Dog roll. The container with the two gluten-free-friendly rolls came, without my explicitly requesting, two packets of gluten free tamari sauce. They were safely separated from the Shaggy Dog as well. Those who know, KNOW. And those who are used to people not knowing, appreciate this!
Normally I don’t do hotel restaurants or bars. Decided to give the breakfast a try. This was the best breakfast selection I’ve had in a long time. My waitress Tammy was excellent. Anticipated my children’s needs. I would give the restaurant because they were able too prepare gluten-free french toast. This brought a smile to my sons face.
Bazille is on the second level of Nordstrom in the Domain. When you enter Nordstrom, go to the escalator near the back and once on the 2nd floor head up to the front of the building to find the entrance. Parking is pretty easy and free in the parking garages nearby.
If the weather is nice it appears to be a great location to take in some views and people watch on the terrace.
There are some gluten and dairy free options if you ask your waiter to point them out. The chef is willing to accommodate.
Our service was fast and our server was knowledgeable.
The wine was balanced and paired well with the salad.
Kid friendliness: There was a family there with two young boys. It's not a place for your kids to run around but if they can handle a sit down restaurant it seems like it's kid friendly enough!
Have fun perusing all the goods in Nordstrom when you leave!
