The restaurant has not had a deep clean in an abysmal amount of time. The slats of the blinds were sticky, greasy and dusty. The floor had food ground into it from previous guests but it was not presenting as clean, with a mess. It just looks and feels grimy.
Service was lovely, friendly and quick. Our gluten-free folks were confident their food was safe because our server understood their needs and made sure everything was correct. Food was standard Red Robin fare, hot and consistent.
Terrible experience tonight. We are a family of 6, and 5 members of our family are GF + DF.
They provided a GF specific menu which was a huge plus, and since it was our first time in they offered us a free bowl of fresh made potato chips. Things seemed to start off nicely, but everything after that went downhill horribly.
- They served 5 of us at once, and didn't serve my oldest daughter for 5-10 minutes later. Why keep her waiting for her food when she literally ordered the exact same menu item as a different kid of mine who was served at the same time as all of us?
- The GF menu had some of the same items as the regular menu, but some of the toppings were different than the regular menu in some cases to exclude the gluten-containing items. That's great, or at least should be! In this case, the fried onions were not listed on the GF version of the menu because they obviously contain gluten. Except for the fact that they still brought her burger out covered in fried onions. Pretty awful. How do you add a GF bun and leave the fried onions on there?
- Speaking of the GF bun. The menu says those burgers will be lettuce wrapped by default, or a GF bun can be added for an additional cost. We didn't ask for buns as we prefer lettuce wraps, but they all came with buns and they added the extra charge for those GF buns!
- My wife and one of my daughters ordered street tacos with no cheese since they are DF. While the tacos didn't have cheese on top of them, both plates had a piece or two of shredded cheese right in the middle of the plate. Super careless and makes me wonder how much they care about peoples' allergies.
- My wife's fish taco was one of the worst we've ever seen or tasted. It was slathered in wet, dripping coleslaw directly on the plain, unseasoned fish. The house made salsa was bland and tasted terrible mixed with the coleslaw. The portion was itsy bitsy with minimal fish buried in the coleslaw on each taco. Oh, and there was a piece of soggy lettuce on one of the tacos.
- My wife's fish tacos, ordered off the GF menu came with a side salad. The salad was delivered with crunchy bread strips on top. Oh yeah, that's gluten, and this item was ordered off the GF menu, so the salad had to be sent back.
- I ordered a certain burger that included cheddar, BBQ sauce, bacon, fried onions, and lettuce, and tomato. They brought out a very similar burger that instead had blue cheese and a different sauce, but they gave it to me and described it as the burger I had ordered. After one bite I realized the burger was covered in blue cheese (not my thing at all), and I told our server. She said to leave it there so the manager could come take a look. Does a manager really need to look at that?? He never came, she cleared it away, and *she said she'd remove the cost for something from our order because of the delays and the mistakes*. On the positive side, my replacement burger arrived quickly, around the same time that my daughter's burger finally arrived.
- When we got our bill, it was still full price. I had had a really long day and didn't feel like arguing. I lowered our server's tip from the 20% default to 17%, paid, and left.
We'll never be back after and such a bad experience, and I'd caution you to think twice as well, especially if you have any allergies. The special GF menu appears to just be lip service. Very frustrating experience and a huge waste of $115 for 6 of us (we didn't order any drinks or apps tonight, and our two youngest kids shared a single burger which kept the cost down somewhat).
Best sushi in the Lacey/Olympia area! The servers and chefs are so friendly and always provide the best service. Can't beat the all you can eat sushi plus endless appetizers, seriously the best quality for a great value. They also have gluten-free and vegan sushi rolls.
Chick-fil-A is always on top of their game. The food is amazing and everyone is so friendly. My daughter loves their gluten free options and my favorite drink is the frosted lemonade.
Took the Family tonight to try this place out. It is reminiscent of a place we enjoyed going to NC. Everyone really enjoyed the food, and being able to decide what to put in their bowls/wraps. Portions were large enough for two meals for me and the kids and to satisfy the husband after a long run today. Also happy the online menu listed what was gluten-free and other allergens.
I love the ram. I have Celiac disease and the cauliflower pizza is my favorite. My husband always enjoys the burgers here too. My kids like the TVs hung around and the cute little menus. Servers are always kind and attentive. I always come back here!
Stopped here for dinner. Service, food, and atmosphere are excellent. The whole fish dish prepared in garlic sauce was amazing. The restaurant is able to make several dishes using gluten free ingredients except for beef as the meat is pre-marinated. Ample free parking spaces are available and meals are served in larger portions.

I honestly don't understand any of the bad reviews. My husband and I have been coming here for years and LOVE it. The food is always excellent and is always consistent....not the case for just about anywhere else I can think of in Olympia except maybe MacDonalds LOL! But based on the happy crowds we see dining at horrible restaurants, can only conclude that most Olympians just don't seem to know what good cuisine is. Having grown up in L.A., having gone to many Asian restaurants in San Francisco and having lived and traveled abroad, I can honestly say we have experienced many fine ones. Lastly, the owner and chef has always been gracious in accommodating my various diet restrictions over the years. You can even get gluten-free dishes. What's not to like?
Great place to eat. Service was quick and very good when I just want to stop for sushi. They do their best to add real crab as an option if they can. Would love to see more gluten free options for celiac people. The cars outside say it all. Give it a try with different options.
The staff was very kind. I have a gluten allergy, and they were amazing in making sure my food didn't have any gluten. The portions are also huge and so, so yummy! Thank you, you guys rock! :)
Always amazing. Best sandwiches around! VERY unfortunate that they stopped carrying the Gluten Free bread. My SO can’t eat here anymore because she’s celiac. And she LOVED the sandwiches with that great gf bread! Hopefully they can bring it back soon.
I went here for lunch today. I was blown away by how downright delicious the hot dogs are. And much to my delight, they have gluten-free buns! Definitely check this place out if you love hot dogs....and even if you don't. 😉
Service here is great but I slightly disappointed because the details about this place on google say that they offer gluten free bread and they do not, I opted for a salad instead and it was good. I suggest editing the details about this place so others aren’t mislead.
Always excellent. Never had a bad meal and they have gluten free soy for my Celiacs. I could eat here everyday if I wasn't so far away. The service is excellent. Fast, efficient and delicious. Love this place!
First time visit! The chef came out and went over the menu and created an item for me that addressed my gluten and egg intolerances and my hatred for vegetables lol. I told her I liked raw carrots and she gave me a bunch and they were so sweet. I got the coconut marinated with seasonings chicken and she sliced it so I could dip it in peanut sauce because they did not carry chicken satay. My niece got the other meal and I can't remember the name of it but it is tofu. And she thought it was fabulous. She likes kind of spicy and number two was good for her. I highly recommend visiting and I will be going back again with other friends!!! And I love that their water is seeped with lime and mint leaves! So refreshing!
I’ve come here before and eaten without a problem. I came today to get some food with my brother and mom and asked the waitress if she could tell the cook about my gluten allergy and she responds “no”. I asked to clarify and she just said “no”. It was very rude and I don’t plan to come back.
This Jersey Mike's usually does a great job. This particular time, neither of our gluten free sandwiches had oil or vinegar on them, our regular white bread sandwich had so much oil and vinegar on it, that the bread was super-saturated and fell apart when you touched it. This is the first time I've had to eat a sandwich with a fork. I can't spend my money there again.
For starters: Russ you’re a star! Thank you for all you did for us when we came in. We have celiac disease and have to eat a strict gluten free diet and eating out can sometimes be stressful and even dangerous for us. My family and I were all blown away by how amazing you guys are! Not only did we feel totally safe and assured, the food was tasty (came out fast too!) and we had a terrific overall experience. The atmosphere is great as well! We will definitely be coming back!
We truly appreciate you all. It’s hard to find places and people like this so you’re all a gem!
Awesome experience staff was extremely friendly and I even saw the owner of the store go out of his way to go get gluten free wraps from the nearby qfc to make a sandwich the way the customer wanted!!!
Gluten-free crust and carful not to cross contaminate was a big concern for me. They did a great job. My kid is dairy free due to allergies, and he was able to enjoy a dairy free option for cheese on his pizza. The place was very busy, so the service was a bit slow, but they were able to keep a good pace.
I went through the drive thru today with my husband. I am currently pregnant with bad nausea and I can only stomach specific cravings, one of them being Taco Bell lately. Unfortunately I also have celiac disease (gluten is a big no) which can be hard and even dangerous to deal with. I told them I had a gluten allergy and they were so kind about it and even reassured me they changed their gloves. It makes a huge difference in making me feel safe and comfortable eating out. Thank you guys for your kindness! Also the people working the window were super sweet. Thank you guys :’) I’ll be coming to this location a lot more from now on.
After eating at this restaurant for the first time, my husband and I were very pleased. The food was very good (we had fajitas with rice and beans), the wait staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was cozy and clean.
The owner, herself, came to our table to review with me what my gluten free options were, since I cannot have gluten. Fortunately there are a number of gluten free choices, as we certainly plan to eat there again!

Excellent pho and soup. We ordered gyoza, pho, and the braised beef soup. The baguette was perfectly crispy and soft in the middle. BThere's a boba place inside also. Everything we had was excellent. We'll definitely be going back.
You won't need a reservation. Service was quick and staff are friendly and attentive. The restaurant was cozy, welcoming, but casual. Parking is plentiful, and you can definitely bring kids. It's accessible with wider aisles.
If you're gluten free there's lots of rice noodle and rice options.
