I ordered gluten free items on the menu (told the server I have Celiac - he said he had a celiac button on the register). The food did not come out with the gluten free flags. As someone with celiac, this is a great comfort to know the food was prepped with caution and not mixed up in the kitchen!

Gluten Freeeeeee the buns and chicken nuggets AND sides are GF! AND DELICIOUS. Prices are great and the salad was even good! This will become a family favorite! FYI the flour alternative is also nut free because we have that allergy too. The smile says it all
2 more visits and not as good. Last time the chicken nuggets and queso were SO salty. The lettuce in the salad was already decomp (slimy) the GF person was happy but the others left hungry after dropping about 100 for 4 people. Pleasantly surprised. Appreciated the gluten free options as a person with Celiac disease. Got the El diablo with gluten free bun and truffle fries. The meat was the star of the burger and the dipping sauce for the fries. Gluten free bun was different but in a good way. Sorta of like a corn bread bun with a little hint if sweetness.

This is my go to place for everything. The menu is very clearly marked gluten free and the fryer is DEDICATED. The owners really did their homework and can speak to everything. The tacos are the best I’ve had, and the brisket is one of the best in Texas.

When we went, they had 5 gluten reduced beers on tap (amber, pilsner, blonde, IPA, and Belgian golden) which were great and safe for my wife who has celiac. The brewer's wife apparently has celiac as well. There are also plenty of gluten free food items, including some of the best fried chicken that I (who doesn't have gluten intolerance) have had!
