I ordered some pizzas last night for delivery, including a gluten-free one, definitely contaminated pizza since I was sick all night and the following day. On top of that the pizza remained raw! If you are not in a position to satisfy certain dietary needs, it would be better not to provide the service!!

A simply unique ice cream! I've been a fan of Theobroma since the early days, when it opened in the center of Marina. I can't help it! Now I live in Austria, but every time I come back, the first stop is always there: quick ice cream at Theobroma. During my stay, I pass there at least once a day. Completely obsessed with Pistachiosa flavor! I also ordered several ice cream cakes for my mom's birthday, who is gluten intolerant, and it's great to know that they pay attention to both gluten and lactose. You are truly fantastic!

Quanto Basta has been a guarantee for me and my family for several years, since my daughter is celiac. This year we celebrated her Communion and it was like being at home. I have celiac disease and unfortunately my experience was not good, even though the conditions were very positive. I had lunch at this sushi place last Saturday and initially I was struck by the attention to the issue of gluten-free: the staff seemed very competent (the soy sauce throughout the place is gluten-free and, unlike other places, you could sense a good knowledge of the topic). Furthermore, allergens and gluten-containing foods were clearly indicated on the menu, which is certainly a great sign. Even on the phone, when I booked reporting my celiac disease, I was told that there was no problem. Unfortunately, however, a few hours after the meal I had the classic reaction I have to gluten and I was sick for several hours, which means that something went wrong. I repeat, I'm sorry because I appreciated the effort of the place, but obviously there was a mistake. Perhaps an ingredient was not checked adequately (for this reason I leave the photo of my order in case you want to double check, to which I add - since they are not written there - salmon plus and a dish called Rainbow). Or there was contamination in the kitchen. I don't know if the place has separate work spaces, but it might be useful to check it to ensure greater safety for celiac customers. I write this review with the intention of reporting my experience and suggesting further verification of the ingredients and procedures. I felt like a lot of thought went into it, so it would be a shame if any details were missed. Perhaps it could also be useful to evaluate whether the restaurant can actually be guaranteed to be safe for celiacs, or whether it is preferable to specify that, while offering gluten-free options, it is not possible to guarantee the total absence of contamination (as some non-AIC certified restaurants do). ). ___ For the rest, nothing to say: the place is new, very clean and the staff are really friendly. I chose to try it because it is the only sushi in the area with a vegan menu, and in fact the choice was wide and interesting.

First time in this bruschetteria found by chance on Instagram 📱. Bruschetta made with crunchy bread and excellent ingredients, in addition to the large selection offered (also gluten and lactose free). We were not disappointed by the desserts either 😋: panzanelline with Nutella and tiramisu served in a very original way inside a moka. Furthermore - despite the temperatures of this period 🥵 - we did not suffer from the heat 😀 thanks to the air conditioning and fans in the room. The staff is young and efficient. Best gluten free pizza ever! We are also vegan so we had the pizza vegetariana without the mozzarella. On previous visits i have had Marinara with toppings. Also delicious green salad and fries and gf lager (Peroni) stunning location in the beautiful village of Mulazzo (also do takeaway)

Family run, but very formal and clean. Large kitchen and event spaces. They also have local specialties such as Testaroli, Vegetable Torte and Sgabei that are made by them especially for celiacs and that can be requested at the time of booking. It is clear that there is attention for celiacs, which is missing in many other restaurants and places. Because of a big traffic jam on the motorway we had to go via Aulla. Since we were hungry, we looked for a cozy restaurant. We were recommended the Carbo. The restaurant is located in an alley and is not easy to find. We found a charming, newly renovated restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. There are a large number of wonderful dishes there and many are even gluten-free. Really fantastic! We'd love to come back.
