The Gov is an Adelaide must. One of the few live music venues in the state. They have gigs most weekends catering to a variety of genres. Easy to get to by public transport means you can enjoy your night out. There is a good restaurant here that caters to food allergies. As a bonus they are opposite the entertainment centre. Good to get a meal before a show for either venue. They were able to make me a great and tasty gluten free meal and had dairy free and veg/vegan options.

This is close to the best restaurant I've ever been to. The inside has such a nice atmosphere (it looks unassuming on the outside). The staff is super friendly. The food most importantly is amazing. Literally everything is delicious. It is pricey which is probably good because otherwise I would be here everyday. Instead I'm just here once a week! You get what you pay for in a good what here, so check it out if you haven't. Oh and lots of good gluten-free options too.
