We had two drinks (Limoncello spritz, Aperol spritz) and they were lovely. We shared a gluten-free pizza, which came out of the kitchen pretty much when we would have reasonably expected a pizza to be done. The pizza was terrific! We were very impressed by the gluten-free crust, which was the softest and closest to being an actual "normal" crust that we've ever had. The sauce, cheese, and toppings were excellent. (Their pepperoni cups and chars; if that's not your thing, be aware. I love it.) The only hiccup was slow service on the end of the meal; we had to wait with clearly empty plates and empty glasses for a while before we finally requested our check. In the service team's defense, while the restaurant wasn't especially busy this night, it was hosting three different large parties that had frequent needs. Those servers were CONSTANTLY running back and forth to those tables. Our server was not rude at all, just ragged. We love the decor of this place. It looks like what you would hope a pizza place would look like. Recommended, though expect a leisurely time.

Amazing service! Super nice owners and waiters. Food tasted absolutely amazing. I have celiac they were able to accommodate my allergies so well with a whole dedicated gluten free menu and they were able to reassure me that they would be careful. I felt fine after eating my pasta. I had the Rigatoni Jambalaya which tasted great.

Our server was delightful and so confident in her role! I can not have gluten and immediately after ordering a Caesar side salad was informed the dressing was not gluten-free! I've not experienced a dressing with gluten-free before and was thankful she felt good about telling me. Her favourite dressing was delicious as was everything else! The manager was wonderful as well. Attentive to help when employees were busy and even took time for a chat! Next time shopping at rhe premium outlet mall...this is my food stop before travelling home!

I recently visited Pizzaiolo, and it was a fantastic experience! The moment I walked in, I could smell the fresh ingredients and wood-fired oven, setting the stage for a delightful meal. The menu has a great variety, from classic Margherita to inventive gourmet pizzas with unique toppings. I ordered the Chicken Pepperoni, and it was perfect – the crust was thin and crispy, the toppings were generous, and the flavors were spot-on. The service was quick and friendly, and the staff seemed genuinely passionate about the food they serve. They also have a good selection of drinks that pair well with the pizzas. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and they offer vegan and gluten-free options, which is a nice touch. Warning: Be cautious of all the 5 star reviews here. They are offering a free brownie with ice cream to anyone who does a 5 star review at the table and shows them. No limit, 5 people, 5 5 star reviews, everyone’s dessert is free. It’s incredible disingenuous. Did I post my review and get a free dessert, yep because it’s a free dessert, but I have now gone back to edit it to my correct review and honestly will not be returning to the Milton Boston pizza. I’ll drive to Mississauga. Food was really good, better than other Boston pizzas we’ve gone to. BUT service was awful. The restaurant wasn’t busy, a handful of tables. It took 25 minutes before my husband went to find our server so we could give our drink order. We had our kids with us and while they are patient, 25 minutes in a half dead restaurant to order drinks is a little much. We ordered our food all at the same time. Took another 20 minutes for the drinks to come, but they forgot our waters. So after another 15 minutes we waited and my husband just went up and asked someone cleaning a table if they knew if our waters were still coming. The water came straight away after we asked. About 30+ minutes after our appetizers and meal all came at the same time. So from the time we sat down it took about an hour til we had our appetizers and our kids had their food. If the restaurant was busy we would understand but it was 8 at night and only about half full. We kept being told they were understaffed whenever we had to go find someone. After our food came, my husband had to chase down someone again for Parmesan cheese since the food runner (not our server) dropped off the food and walked away as he was asking for it. Our server did come and bring our bill shortly after we finished eating though, we didn’t have to ask or find her for that. Not going to lie, since I have a gluten allergy we eat at Boston pizza alot since their gluten-free options are better than most places. Milton is our local one but we’ve had them all over. Rarely have we actually had a good experience at the Milton location, but I don’t usually complain. But since they are offering free desserts for a 5 star review i figured people should know the truth. Keep supporting Boston pizza, they have great food and are a really great Canadian owned restaurant chain. BUT I wouldn’t go back to the Milton location if someone offered to pay for my meal. Other things to note: there is no door on the women’s handicap bathroom, it looks like it was broke off, and it was the only stall with toilet paper….. All in all it was just a really long dinner and half way through we considered just leaving and grabbing McDonald’s. We heard similar complaints from the couple of tables behind us. I’m sure Boston Pizza Milton will contact me to “make it right” and to them, don’t understaff your teams. Your staff seem great and everyone did seem really busy even though there was only a handful of tables. And I truly do believe they are short staff. We’ve been there when there is only two servers for both the dinning room and bar area. Its management and ownership letting down their staff and customers. It’s not the serving staff. Management needs to stop trying to “make it right” and step up and support their team better. Don’t offer free desserts for a 5 star review, run the restaurant properly so you earn 5 star reviews and quit taking advantage of your staff who are doing their best.

Places a big order for a team event. We ordered from Luigi's for YEARS but this was the first BIG order, and everything was perfect. The ownership and staff are always awesome here! If you're looking for something that's not a chain, you've GOT to try Luigi's! Also side note -- best gluten free pizza in town, too!

I can’t get enough of the gluten free, pasta primavera with goat cheese. So good! Yummy specialty drinks too. I have held events at ESM for a group I run and the staff is exceptional. So kind and patient and friendly! Zain and Jordan are amazing and do so much for the community.

Five Stars – A Perfect Birthday Dinner! A couple of weeks ago, my family took me to LOCANDA to celebrate my birthday, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, cozy, and inviting—just what you’d want for a special night out. We started with the bruschetta and a caprese salad and everything was fresh and full of flavour. For my main, I had a gluten-free gnocchi that was tossed in a Parmesan wheel—something I had never seen before. It was such a fun and memorable experience, and it tasted absolutely amazing! Everyone at our table loved their meals, and the service truly made the evening even better. Huge thanks to our server, Caitlyn, who did a phenomenal job—friendly, attentive, and professional. Everyone at LOCANDA was incredibly welcoming. To top it all off, I was brought a birthday shot that was literally on fire—and I mean really on fire. It burned for a solid ten minutes, probably a new record! My whole family had time to take individual photos of me with it, which made for a hilarious and unforgettable moment. Definitely five stars—I'll be back for sure!

I had the pleasure of visiting The Escarpment Tea Room on August 4, 2024, and it was an absolute delight. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was wonderfully inviting and homey. The shop itself is charming, creating a cozy backdrop for an afternoon tea experience. Our host, Teresa, was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. She took the time to explain the various teas available and the assortment of goodies on our tray. Her attention to detail was evident, especially when she made sure that everything for my daughter, who is Celiac, that her tray was gluten-free. It was clear that Teresa genuinely cares about her guests' needs. The mini finger sandwiches were delicious; I could have easily devoured an entire tray of them. As someone who typically isn’t a fan of sweets, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the baked goods. Teresa's homemade treats were so delightful that I found myself wanting more. Everything was so fresh. It’s evident that Teresa puts a lot of thought and effort into her creations, making everything from scratch. This dedication to quality and service is what makes The Escarpment Tea Room stand out. It’s a wonderful place with top-notch service, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!

June 1st 3pm visit. Server was not patient or helpful despite the fact we were given a monday to friday menu and a happy hour menu that ended as we sat down. Server very unhelpful and unconcerned over gluten allergy. We opted for breakfast because who can botch that??? Well the scrambled eggs looked old and dry as if they were from a steam tray. Ham darkened like it was refried, bacon crinkled and thin like ready crisp. Food was not hot or fresh. Completely disappointed. The place was quiet, we expected best service possible, took unusually long to bring the meal. Id like to try again but after this fiasco, THIS WILL BE THE FIRST AND LAST TIME WE WILL EAT HERE !!!

My aunt and I had a lovely brunch this morning. The staff, specifically the owner was incredibly kind and accommodating. I am gluten and dairy free and she was more than willing to help my find the best options on the menu. They have gluten free bread and gluten free home fries. Would highly recommend!

My family’s dinner for four at The Eighth Note was an excellent experience! An upscale, yet comfortable friendly vibe with live local music. Dinner portions are very generous! Being celiac, I appreciated the choice of unique flavourful dishes that were clearly marked gluten-free. I went with the Baharat Power Bowl with chicken on the recommendation of our excellent server, Emily. The dish was amazing. I will be going back soon for the Louisiana Dirty Rice! The Mexican Cauliflower Bites were a hit with the vegetarian family member! Highly recommended and definitely the star of Main Street!

Lots of TVs to catch the game. They have small ones at most booths too. Nice vibes Service was great. Allie was attentive and friendly. Any issues were resolved. Manager or owner checked in on us about the food too. Food was good. Wings were crispy. Bring back the gluten free brownie though :(
