Incredible for celiacs! They have a huge gluten-free menu. Great dishes, huge portions and, most importantly: they know exactly what celiac disease is. I tried migas, croquettes and torrijas, all GLUTEN FREE and it was spectacular. I would repeat a thousand times.

The treatment from José Luis was 10, we had a great meal and with good views of a small park with a beautiful fountain. They have very varied and delicious gluten-free food, a great idea to stop to eat here if you pass through Brihuega.

I recommend booking. I have been twice and I loved the dinner both times. I personally don't love the decoration, but everything else is great. The treatment is pleasant, they attend to you and serve you quickly. The first day they gave us potatoes with sauce to snack on; although the second one they didn't put anything. For crepes I tried the truffle and another with ham and potato, both very good. They are also gluten-free For dessert I tried both one with caramel and another with cheese and jam and they were delicious. I will be back
