Exceptional Service at Merthyr Subway!
I visited the Merthyr Subway on February 24th and was blown away by the outstanding service provided by the staff. I requested a gluten-free roll, and the staff member immediately changed gloves, wrapped the tray, and oven with paper to ensure my order's safety. Their willingness to go above and beyond made my experience truly memorable. From start to finish, the staff member was incredibly pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this Subway location for their exceptional service and attention to customer needs!
I have celiac disease and explained my gluten allergy to the lovely guy on the till.. they handled it very professionally and even went out of their way to wash the jug for me. New gluten free food options here too which is great🙂 guys working here are a credit to the company, thank you.
We had Wayne as our server he was amazing!! So kind, helpful and funny! He really made sure that we were catered to. He was extremely helpful to my friend who had gluten allergies. The meals are delicious ! The drinks are amazing.
