Our friend (who has a strict Gluten-free diet) found this place the day before traveling to Santiago, Chile – where the owner Gaston coincidentally had deep roots and lots of recommendations for traveling. Not only was his food refreshing, but he was a wealth of information. We greatly enjoyed getting to know a bit about his fascinating journey with heliskiing (!).
Carrot ginger juice was awesome and the arepa+Cachapa with Cheese was “FANTASTIC”, according to our friend.

The food was superb and very friendly for those with gluten issues. The arepa tripleta was my personal favorite… I got it with pork belly. The empanadas are tasty and pretty sizable while also being made from the same batter as the arepas! The pulpo ceviche was fresh and tender. We’ll be back next time we’re in town. I ordered for delivery and the food was incredible! This has became my go to sushi spot, and im looking forward to going in person sometime soon.
