Our FAVORITE place to eat when we come to NJ. I have celiac and I’m sensitive to corn, too. Finding a dedicated gluten free corn free restaurant is a dream come true! I wish this restaurant would come to Maryland. We have been here four times (twice on this trip) and each time is amazing. Great service, warm and genuine servers, and the best atmosphere! Everything was so good but the Brazilian truffles were ridiculous tonight. SO good!!!

Greetings to all sweet lovers Gluten free or NOT! PLUMS Bakery is🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.I requested the glaze icing on my eclairs instead of chocolate, they said sure we can do that. Wow it was Delicious!! Thanks staff GREAT SERVICE , Sincerely, Glazed, eclair, customer.

Favorite pizza spot in Montclair. The fig and goat cheese pizza is outstanding. Took my friends here and they loved their pizza, including the gluten free pizza. Mike was an incredible waiter. Can’t wait to go back

Bareburger is cute inside. Sort of industrial style with interesting ceiling fixtures. They were not crowded on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. My sister and I both did Be My Burger (build your own burger). They were pricey, both coming in at nearly $24 each. We did add extras like grilled onions, bacon and vegan cheese so, that increased the price significantly. Our burgers were absolutely delicious. Cooked medium, not salty. We didn't realize they are double burgers so, they were huge. (Side note: we were surprised that there were 2 patties because we didn't request it). We also shared a large order of sweet potato fries which we didn't really need  because the burgers were more than enough. However, the fries were exactly how we like them; skinny and crisp. Service was exceptional and very friendly. We will definitely come back and have recommended Bareburger to my niece who needs to eat gluten free and her husband who prefers veggie burgers. They have many gluten free options and veggie burgers.

Yummy small business with lots of flavor and choices! I had the bbq jackfruit sandwich which came with plantain chips and the most delicious coleslaw. I also had a vegan coconut cupcake. I am so happy with that lunch and will be back to try more. They had vegan, vegetarian gluten free and carnivore diet options.

Cute cozy little cafe with sandwiches and pastries. We got a delicious hot cocoa with oat milk, with gluten free bread, and falafel sandwich. All was amazing. The gf they gave me 2 sandwiches, I'm guessing because the bread is smaller, and it was over $20 so its fair that it's 2 sandwiches. My BF said the falafel sandwich was amazing, it looked soo good too stuffed with lettuce, tomato, hummus, and falafel. Really sweet place, definitely recommend.

My mom and I were looking for a quick place for lunch and happened upon Jalwa. We looked at the menu and peeked in: busy at lunch hour but an open table! VK Verma stepped out and warmly invited us in. What a great decision. I had the palak paneer lunch special and Mom had the chicken tandoori lunch special ($15 each). I also had the mango lassi--delicious and the right amount of sweetness. The portions are perfect, and all lunches come with a vegetable of the day, dal, basmati rice, roti or naan and dessert! The food was very fresh and tasty. Rasmalai for dessert on Tuesday and Kheer today. Yes, we have already been twice. I have found my favorite Indian restaurant in NJ! P.S. Very accommodating for Gluten Free Eaters. Celiacs and Gluten-Sensitive folks, rejoice! Very easy parking nearby.
