By far the best quality sushi I have had in Colorado, we could not believe how fresh it was! We had an amazing interaction with the owner/sushi chef that really made our night too. The owner came out to explain about an order taking a bit to make sure the fish was in top quality, which we can definitely tell quality is a priority, but he even brought out a smoked salmon nigiri as a thank you which was our favorite thing of the night! We can’t wait to come back!
One extra thing we appreciated was the Gluten free notation on all the foods on the menu, this makes searching the menu way easier for my Fiancé.
