First time ordering from bonefish. We ordered a burger and a side of Brussel sprouts. The chef/manager (I’m assuming) was very nice and accommodating. He understood that Brussels were supposed to be done vegan and gluten free. We were extremely disappointed when we got home and ate. My mother said The burger had no seasoning and lacked flavor completely . Cheese tasted processed and fake, the veggies on it were wilted, and the fries were over cooked and had zero salt. The complimentary bread was hard and the house made oil that came with it tasted like old watery oil. Was not edible. The Brussels were completely drenched in oil and was undercooked . Very hard to the point where I couldn’t even eat it. I really wanted it to be good but it was a waste of time , money, and food.

Excellent food and menu choices. Separate gluten free menu, Lily's chicken with goat cheese and artichoke was amazing.
