When booking, I had good contact with the staff in advance, who were very helpful with the booking. Booking made including dinner. My wife's gluten-free diet was well taken into account. She particularly liked the gluten-free bread; a tip in that area is to indicate when presenting the dishes what is gluten-free and what is not. Spacious room with a good seat to have a meal there due to the corona measures. Beds fine; sauna we had was also wonderful; We did miss a small refrigerator in the room (I also read in an earlier review that others also missed it). Dinner was good and it was possible to indicate at what time, for example, starters and main courses could be delivered. There were a few mistakes here (drinks had to be brought back and extra ordered asparagus was not delivered; it was easy to quickly call reception who responded very friendly). Food was delicious and more than enough; some vegetables (asparagus and carrot) could perhaps have been prepared a little longer. A positive thing about breakfast was that it could be prepared yourself in the restaurant (unfortunately you can eat it in the room again, but the hotel cannot do anything about that due to legal measures). I would probably give older visitors a cart with trays on it or have staff bring it because trays are often full of bread, coffee and orange juice, for example). Gluten-free: same bread with seeds as last night; fine for my wife, but perhaps some variation in that area would be useful (gluten-free biscuit, rice waffles, cake or other type of bun). The beaten egg was too dry (the lid was not on the pan; we noticed that several hotel guests had also left this on). Overall, we definitely enjoyed the hotel and definitely recommend it; the critical points are therefore intended as constructive criticism and are certainly not intended to discourage you from visiting the hotel; They certainly deserve the 5 stars.
