Nice and cozy atmosphere at Brasserie America! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Because of my food allergies (soy, gluten and dairy) eating out is usually not that easy. Our experience is that what remains after eliminating the allergens, that the cohesion of a dish is often gone🥴 and that is a shame. Here at Brasserie America you don't have to worry about that! I can really recommend this nice and cozy Brasserie! Delicious food, tasteful and enough choice in the allergen-free options! My husband can eat everything and he also enjoyed it😬

Genuinely pleasantly surprised. Despite the crowds, very smooth and well served by a clearly professional team. I eat gluten-free and vegetarian and that combination often limits my menu options to one dish. But here it turned out to be an adapted menu with 3 gluten-free-vegetarian main courses alone. Back at Carée after three years – and what a party! From the moment we walked in, we immediately felt welcome. The owner is the soul of this business: she cooks with passion and knows how to perfectly convey the flavors of authentic Italy. Each dish is prepared with fresh, pure ingredients – you can taste the love in every bite. We enjoyed a generous three-course menu that was more than worth the price. Everything was prepared with care and beautifully presented. Also nice: dietary requirements, including gluten-free, are really taken into account. In short: Carée is truly a culinary Sicilian pearl in Valkenburg. We will definitely be back - and this time not for another three years!

We just commemorated our 4th anniversary in there. Mr. Aruna was extremely kind and attentive. We ate the 4 course surprise menu - which indeed surprised us! The food was amazing, extremely flavorful and tasty. Mr. Aruna was also able to adapt the dishes according to my wife's allergies (She's celiac and allergic to shellfish and molluscs). Thanks for the amazing evening, Mr. Aruna! We will surely be returning :)

Had dinner here with my husband yesterday...what a delicious pancake it was! 😋 So nice that they also have a gluten vegan here...👍 and then also a lactose-free ice cream!!! TOP!!!😄 It was great!!! You order a gluten-free sandwich with salmon. The sandwich was inedible, so terribly tough. I returned it, but I still had to pay for the sandwich. Has to do with my taste. I've been eating gluten-free for years, but this beat everything. The waiter had no rights to arrange anything. So unfortunately, just send an email and he was gone. You're a tourist, so get out. Really terribly bad.

We were there on May 3rd, 2025. If you have celiac disease (gluten intolerance), I ask you not to go there. We specifically asked whether there were any gluten-free residents there and were told with 100% certainty that everything would be separated. When we got the tray, the normal citizens were placed next to each other with the gluten-free citizens. After a few hours the reaction.!!! THE CITIZENS THERE ARE NOT GLUTEN FREE. I think it's an outrage and a reason for the health department.

The staff was very helpful with choosing a glutenfree and dairy free dish, and consulted kitchen staff to make sure it really is or to make adjustments. They even had glutenfree bread and glutenfree beer. Lovely experience, very nice staff.

We come to Germany and go there again and again because my wife has to eat gluten-free and then we always take 10 gluten-free cheeseburgers with us and freeze them in the microwave at home and they taste like fresh, UNFORTUNATELY MC DONALDS GERMANY IS NOT GLUTEN-FREE ON OFFER! So for people from the border region who have celiac disease, you can eat a few burgers here and enjoy your meal! 🍔

Nice meal. Not VERY special, but tasty. I thought the service was very nice. I have a gluten allergy and the staff knew enough about that to help me. I gave the atmosphere 4 stars. I didn't find the chairs very comfortable and there was little room for my legs over the table. Price-quality ratio is really great!

Staff was very nice. Gluten free (due to celiac disease) was adhered to and they knew their stuff! But what is very negative: for two normal burgers (the first on the list at 18.95 each) that were so incredibly dry that the bun fell apart and felt like it had been warmed up again from the day before, two cokes and a small fries with mayo (fries totally greasy) €74.50 is just absolutely cheeky! Not again!

Delicious food! I have to eat gluten and lactose free and that went perfectly fine here. I was able to eat most of the menu and some dishes were slightly adjusted. It is recommended that you book in advance and indicate which allergy you have. You can always call them to make sure. Very nice restaurant, very cozy!

Very nice concept and especially great if you have to eat gluten-free. There is a special section on the ordering tablet with gluten-free dishes, so that they are immediately entered into the kitchen as gluten-free. The staff is super friendly and helpful. A beautifully decorated and attractive branch of the Beren in a great location on the N281 near the Roda JC Stadium with ample free parking in front of the door. The food is good and the service is friendly. The portions are also sufficient, although more vegetables could be included as standard instead of at an additional cost. And for example, something like baked potatoes or potatoes with butter instead of just fries as a side dish. For the rest, certainly top notch and also in terms of allergens, everything is clearly stated on the allergen card. I have a gluten intolerance myself and I had a good meal here.

Making a reservation was a snap, thanks to the easy-to-fill reservation form. We then received a confirmation email, which was very easy. Despite many full tables, someone was immediately available to guide us to the 'quiet' table requested in the reservation. We felt it was quite busy, but in no way were we left to our own devices. That was thanks to the waiting staff, better said, hostess, host. In our opinion, the music was too prominent (but not very disturbing), and for us (4 people 55+) from an era that is more in line with the (young) staff. The menu offers dishes for vegetarians or guests with a gluten intolerance. The Steak Tartare and the Pork Belly & Gamba were particularly popular. The Vegetarian Pasta was also highly appreciated. According to one of the table companions, the Iberico burger was a bit on the dry side and cooled down quite quickly. The Limoncello Scroppino was received moderately positively. It could have been colder and airier. The table companions each have their own wine tastes and, partly based on the instructions of the waiting staff, each found his/her 'right' wine. It was a pleasant evening in a pleasant atmosphere. Special appreciation goes to ALL staff members who provided us with a wonderful evening.

Very cozy and cozy, sitting on the terrace, cool and in the shade. It was very hot. I have a gluten allergy and was able to eat well there. They even had two types of gluten-free beer, which is something you won't easily experience! The food was very good and there was a lot of tasty food. You should be afraid of chickens, a rooster and a chicken walked past you. Two peacocks are also sitting nearby. We found this no problem at all and even fun. We will definitely come back again!

All you can eat concept with a nice atmosphere and attentive staff with a warm attitude. Also, a la carte options available. There are gluten-free options on the menu and the staff is knowledgeable. The location is good. Prices are very low when you think of the quality and the amount you can eat. Weekend prices differ for the all-you-can-eat.

I have a lactose, gluten and meat intolerance and allergy to certain vegetables. There was actually only certain fish for me, the rest was gone even though it was asked in advance and there would be soup and everything. The fruit tasted like nothing but the salmon was very tasty. According to fellow diners the sushi belonged straight in the bin and was not worth the name sushi.

We had dinner at Restaurant Cuba Libre last Saturday. Our daughter has a gluten allergy and the owner was very helpful in this. Very helpful and thoughtful. The food was superbly arranged. A young owner with a lot of passion for the food, but also for the people in the restaurant. That is why Restaurant Cuba Libre is 100% recommended.

Been coming here for years and am a regular and satisfied customer. There is something for everyone on the menu, I have tasted all the dishes and I like everything. Savings system is what they have is great! Also plenty of gluten-free options. The only pity is that payment can only be made by PIN and I personally think that is a shame and absolutely not possible.

What we were experiencing now. First we played mini golf together at Pannenkoekenrestaurant De Bosrand in Arcen. And then my son and I, who has a gluten allergy, went to eat pancakes at restaurant De Bosrand in Arcen Limburg. There we wanted to order two gluten-free pancakes with apple, bacon and raisins. No, that wasn't possible. We could only order 2 ingredients! How so? Then we will pay extra for the 3rd ingredient. No, those are the rules! Called in chef. Argument: Everyone abuses gluten-free pancakes! The kitchen capacity cannot handle more than 2 ingredients on a gluten-free pancake and this means that other people have to wait longer for their regular pancake. That's why we made this appointment with the kitchen. And we will not deviate from this POINT! And this rule also applies to fellow restaurants! This is not that strange, madam. Uhhh, I can't follow this logic... Discrimination? What's the problem? People with a "normal" pancake can put more than 2 ingredients on their pancake... And not us with allergies? And also react very arrogantly instead of customer friendly. Fine, we'll look for another pancake restaurant. Never go to the Bosrand in Arcen again! Tip of the Day: Drive a few kilometers to Pannenkoekenhuis - restaurant Jagerrust in Velden. Delicious food with multiple ingredients on our Pancake. Very friendly staff in a nice environment. Highly recommended!

Our favorite restaurant. We come here regularly. Why? The menu to share is our favorite! Something new every time, everything freshly made and always surprising flavors and dishes. I recently had dinner here with someone who had to eat gluten-free. That menu was also very good. She had never eaten such a varied meal in a restaurant. Exactly what you expect from a snack bar at a holiday park. in a swimming pool. The snacks and fries were just okay. Good temperature, excellent taste, nothing more, nothing less. There were gluten free snacks. Very nice. And the staff also knew how to deal with this well. The ordering system (via kiosks) was not very efficient, because it took a very long time. Staff and service are otherwise good. All in all very satisfied.

Fantastic location with even better staff. Extremely friendly and thoughtful. Our 4-year-old son Mas has Celiac disease and ordered (after he heard that they could make almost everything gluten-free) 'make it special'. He got delicious sandwiches with Iberico ham / Vitello / salmon / grilled chicken fillet. He ate everything with relish and was then allowed to take a look in the kitchen. A dream come true for our little gluten-free chef-to-be. Thank you for the unforgettable afternoon! (By the way, we also had a delicious meal and enjoyed it)

Lovely outdoor seating on one of the main pedestrian streets. We had vegan sandwiches for lunch, one on gluten free bread, and were so relieved to find good vegan and gluten free options that we returned for dinner for a vegan salad and the vegan “cheese” burger. WOW!! What a fantastic evening we had. We made a last minute reservation +/- 2 hours before the start, indicating when making the reservation that we would like the 6 course dinner but gluten-free/poor for 1 person. They discussed it with the chef to see if that was possible. When we arrived, we received an amuse-bouche and it was stated that it was gluten-free. The staff had therefore consulted with the chef and everyone on the staff was well informed about who had a dietary wish. So you didn't have to keep asking "Do you have a gluten-free dish here?" The chef did everything he could to make a different dish or an adjustment so that it was gluten-free/poor, really fantastic. Thanks to the Zinc staff, we had an unforgettable evening and will definitely come back!!
