Report dinner. They had confirmed to us that they had options for celiacs (from the website and the name on Google it is clear that we have this possibility), upon arrival we reminded the waitress that one of the guests is celiac, and they once again assured us of attention in the dishes. they bring the celiac girl a packet of crackers as a substitute for bread, confirming 3 times that they were gluten-free crackers, even though the celiac diner was doubtful, judging the appearance of the crackers which did not seem like the usual gluten-free ones. Since it seemed rude not to trust the waitress' repeated confirmations, the celiac girl starts eating the crackers. After a few minutes, the waitress returns to the table asking if the celiac girl had already eaten the crackers, as in reality she was wrong and they were not for celiacs. We were left speechless, and we went to talk to the manager of the restaurant, who not only didn't apologize, justifying that 'everyone can make mistakes', but also told us 'whatever you want, at most he'll go to the bathroom 3/4 times'. After that, the dinner dishes were served at different times (the fourth person had to dine alone, when the other 3 people had already finished their courses), and the waitress, instead of justifying herself and apologizing again, even accused us of having messed up the kitchen with the crackers problem (created by them!!). Shameful, not only in the lack of respect and education, as they are not minimally mortified by the whole series of errors, nor did they have the kindness to cancel a dish from the bill, but above all ashamed in the ignorance of a restaurateur who defines a restaurant with 'gluten-free' options without having the slightest knowledge of the disease, and of the serious consequences of gluten contamination in the stomachs of celiacs.
