Tamales are some of my favourite foods having lived in the the south west US for many years, and so I was really looking forward to coming to this place. It didn’t disappoint! I was excited because most things were gluten free. The banana leave tamale was slightly different to the corn husk ones I was used to, it was more moist, but still quite flavourful. The highlight was the tlacoyo. Corn chips were crunchy and of ideal thickness, however, I thought the guacamole didn’t taste fresh. I doused my food in the unlimited salsa, that was quite good too. There are very limited choices in Sydney for authentic Mexican food, so I’m glad I found somewhere decent. Will come again to try the other dishes.
Delicious food and coffee, friendly service, and my favourite: A kids meal option that’s healthy, gluten free and vegetarian! Thank you so much for making my daughter’s day & not just offering nuggets, pasta & burgers. Were so grateful.
This place hidden gem, best place in Sydney inner west. It is in dulwich hill suburb near Arlington light rail station. I really loved the service, food and atmosphere
Every staffs were amazing, food outstanding
I went Wednesday it was kids free dinner night and Thursday was steak special night 20$ was perfectly cooked and ended with amazing dessert really happy with every thing.
Lots of gluten free options.
Outstanding place and food.
Delicious contemporary as well as traditional Sri Lankan food. You won't go wrong with the hoppers and I'm looking forward to coming back and trying more of the dishes. Most of the core dishes are rice or rice flour based and hence naturally gluten free
New owners, same quality of great coffee, service and food. Small menu but thoughtful and yummy af.
Update: still the best place for strong almond flat whites and gluten free GF chicken burgers. Always dream about their quality and service 🥸
Always delicious and fresh. The gluten free bread is high quality, and there are lovely touches to the dishes like the spiced caramlised nuts on the smashed avocado. The healthy bowl is also very nice, made with baby Tuscan kale and roast pumpkin. Great coffee selection too, including cold brew. Attentive and uber friendly staff!
The gluten free base is pretty decent and everytime I have recently ordered the people have been friendly.
I did get caught ordering standard (not GF) pizzas. I ordered large, thinking that would get me the bigger size. But no, in Crust-speak 'large' is small. If you want large, you need to order extra large. What were the marketers thinking? 🤦
Great cafe on the high street of Dully. Friendly staff who always make you feel welcome and clearly popular with locals as so many customers are known by name, myself included. The owner Ivy chooses the best produce and won’t serve anything that isn’t of a good quality. I’m a big fan of the gluten free citrus tart and gluten free pecan tart. Such a nice touch that they also stock local products made within the community eg jams and Chilli oils. Check out the breakfast deals 👌🏻
Service last weekend here was amazing and gluten free choices were delicious. Cauliflower tempura, crispy eggplant stack and tuna sushi - all gluten free. Wonderful experience. Great atmosphere. Thank you.
