Absolutely some of the most delicious food I had in my life! I had the Mexican street tacos, which was not a big portion, but the flavour was immense.
I travel a lot and this place is outstanding, I will be back bringing 10 friends! 🤩🤩🤩 I only wished I had eaten here before so many times! Gluten-free by default and lots of dairy-free options. I even had room for delicious gluten-free dairy-free fried plantain for dessert with agave syrup subbed for the chocolate and whip. Yummy!! 😋

It's very trendy. I had the Angela Burger with brie. Wouldn't order it again, but it was very filling, and the beef patty was perfect. The appetizers were incredible. Had little falafel balls and loved them. The staff are amazing and it's much bigger inside than you'd expect. Very poor area for parking but a nice place to pop into if you're walking around town. The bartender was very skilled. There are plenty of gluten-free options. Uncertain if there's accessible facilities, but I know the washroom I used required 2 steps to reach. The main dining area is accessible. A walker and a cane managed well. Would be wheelchair friendly.

I love so much about this place, the people and the food. I frequent it often. Unfortunately they’ve recently changed the gluten free noodles and the result…not so good (mind you I got them to go. Maybe they hold up better if you eat them right away. By the time I got home to eat 10 minutes after pick up, the noddles broke apart into small pieces and into clumps loosing the noodley texture but also the flavour wasn’t there like it was before. I’m lucky that I’m not strictly GF so I will still go back for the odd bowl of much loved gluten filled ramen. Thought it might be worthy feedback to share from a loyal customer. Otherwise, keep doing what you’re doing!

Forgot to take photos (oops) but we got their BBQ duck rice noodles, BBQ duck bento, house rolls, and negitoro rolls. I’ve been going to pita pit for years and loved it, never had an issue with any of the employees making my pitas until tonight, the owner made my gluten free pita abnormally small - like ridiculously so. So I went complain, hoping to receive some understanding and an apology and that they’d consider learning from the mistake and doing better in the future, but instead they just argued with me, saying that’s how small the gluten free pitas always are, implying I was lying about the fact every other employee there stuffed my pitas much thicker than that. Their reaction made me so angry. They offered a refund but we refused. That’s not what we wanted. They’ve lost a life long customer due to how poorly they handled it. Because based on the argument that ensued I don’t have faith my complaint was heard or taken seriously. The other employee there also at the time was rude to me, saying I was the only customer to complain in years (as if they shouldn’t take me seriously) and that there’s nothing they could do but offer a refund. But actually yes there is something they could have done differently - they could have listened to me, apologized and considered stuffing them better in the future, instead of arguing with me that they did the best they could have done, when I know that’s not the case. All their other employees do a fabulous job of stuffing pitas normally. What they sold us tonight was so tiny I can’t even get over it and they had the nerve to act like it was normal.
