Abby’s is a real gem on Sylt! The greeting is so warm that you immediately feel welcome. The service is attentive and loving – just like the fantastic homemade cake. And above all, like the other dishes, it is gluten-free.
An absolutely perfect place to treat yourself to something really good with or without a dog. Even the second helping at home was a complete pleasure. The cake also tastes heavenly the next day!
For me another reason to come to Sylt or rather: a real magic moment that you won't forget.
We were here spontaneously at lunchtime today
Restaurant and are thrilled.
There is GLUTEN-FREE pizza and pasta, the pizza is not on the menu. But she should! Rarely have I had such a phenomenal gluten-free pizza! 5*+
There is also a children's and day ticket. And extra children's cutlery.
Very friendly staff and a great ambience round off the meal!
Simple on the outside but lovingly decorated and cozy on the inside. Our celibate felt safe and well understood. The food was delicious and attractively prepared. The selection of food was large and the declaration of all possible allergies and intolerances was very good. The focus is definitely on celiac disease. Absolutely brilliant for us - otherwise the celiacs always get the short end of the stick. Here they can then feast uninhibitedly to compensate. Thank you for the nice hospitality and once again for the ease of eating. We'd love to come back when we're nearby. Kind regards.
Everything I wanted to write about the creperie and the staff has already been said here. It couldn't be better. You have to come here! Absolute recommendation, especially for people with celiac disease, as there is a galette that is also 100% gluten-free. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
The food was delicious and pizza and pasta are also gluten-free!!! It tastes like Italy here, I can only recommend the restaurant and also to people with celiac disease.
It was wonderful. We were really happy because there was gluten-free pizza and pasta. Above all, I know the s8ch there very well. We'll definitely be back.
We spontaneously stopped on a bike tour with our child (1.5 years old).
Special challenge: food allergies (gluten, egg, nuts)
Outdoor area:
In the garden there is a huge fleet of tractors, excavators and other vehicles in the middle of a large sandpit. Perfect for our child, who pointed at the toys with big eyes. We sat in one of the beach chairs and watched him play.
Food and Drink
Since our child has some food allergies, we asked for gluten-free, eggless, nut-free options. The service was so nice and showed us solutions straight away.
We all had something delicious to eat. For our little one there was house soup + gluten-free bread.
Toilets
Clean and tidy. Even with a changing table
Overall, a café that makes you feel good, we felt very welcome - would be happy to come back!
A true gem on Föhr! The tea rooms impress with a cozy Frisian atmosphere and an impressive selection of teas. Fresh waffles and homemade cakes that change daily - also vegan, lactose- and gluten-free - pamper every palate. The friendly, attentive service completes the experience. Whether indoors or outdoors, tea lovers and cake lovers will find their paradise here. Absolutely recommended!

Super tasty noodles, both “normal” and gluten-free versions at no extra charge. The two owners are super nice and know about contamination for those affected by celiac disease and put together an individual dish.
Gluten-free pizza of your choice is available for a surcharge, nice place and staff, fast service.
Pizza was tasty, although there could be a bit more seafood on it :).
In any case, I'd love to come back!
A lovingly furnished café where nothing seems to fit together, but that's why everything is right. There is a changing selection of cakes and tarts and a selection of breakfast options. There is a selection of gluten-free and vegan dishes.
Coca Cola is deliberately avoided and collected for the Café Tafel.
A café where everyone should feel comfortable :)
A very friendly restaurant. With very friendly service. Prices are good.
There is also vegan and gluten-free food.
But unfortunately wheelchair accessible. Steps may make wheelchair access difficult
The food was very good, the service was incredibly friendly and there was also a large selection of gluten-free food available! Many thanks to the team for the good dinner!
We were warmly welcomed with 4 adults and our two children. The children are 10 and 11 and were warmly welcomed and just as warmly served and looked after the whole time.
Since one of our children suffers from celiac disease, we had already mentioned this when making the reservation. That was also completely unproblematic, there was a gluten-free breaded schnitzel for our daughter and she was very enthusiastic.
Overall our visit was really nice. The staff are warm and cheerful and will make you have a great time. The food is high quality and really tasty.
The location itself is cozy and visually really appealing. It wasn't too loud and you could have a great time here.
Thank you very much for the great evening, we would love to come back! All the best to the entire team 🫶🏻🍀
Soooo delicious...soooo attentive...I haven't eaten something so delicious in ages...I can only recommend it...I love coming to gluten-free pasta...incredibly delicious...thank you...I'm soooo happy right now

Extremely friendly service and our request for gluten-free food (due to celiac disease) was taken into account in an exemplary manner. The food was delicious all around. Thank you for this lovely gastronomic experience!
I was very surprised by the great restaurant. it's so inconspicuous. When you come from the street you wouldn't think so, especially because it's right next to the sports field in the athletes' home. The food was really great, especially there were even gluten-free buns 😍.
We were there on a Friday evening, the shop was pretty busy, but it wasn't too loud so we could eat and chat in peace.
Friendly and quick service with great service.
I would love to come back again, 😊
The best fries I've had in a long time.
Fish and chips...amazing.
The patti is juicy and tastes good.
Gluten-free eating is not an issue... everything is possible and Annika was extremely knowledgeable about allergens.
Child friendly... yay!
Super nice dining experience as a family.
Thanks
So great that the team thought about it because the gluten-free bread wasn't delivered and found a nice, tasty alternative...very attentive staff and delicious food
Celiac disease? - Taken seriously here and no problem. Delicious steak, baked potato and oil and vinegar brought to the table to make your own. Very nice service.
We always like it very much!
Since we always have a person with celiac disease with us, we are very happy that there is both gluten-free pizza and gluten-free pasta.
Unfortunately, the menu stored here is no longer current. In particular, unfortunately there is no longer any gluten-free pizza here! Really looks disappointing...
Nice atmosphere and very tasty food. Know well about gluten-free food. Recommendation.
The ice cream was also super delicious. There are also gluten-free waffles.
Very nice and cozy restaurant with very friendly hosts.
Very important to us was the range of gluten-free dishes such as the burgers, which could be ordered with a gluten-free burger bun.
The hosts were very knowledgeable about the ingredients of the dishes they offered.
Everything tasted great and we'll definitely be back!!
Best regards
Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience with our visit this time. Unfortunately, the taste of the salad was not convincing - next to the salad there were also wobbly mushrooms and perhaps some taste problems. Canned champions were there, which overall didn't seem very appetizing. The consistency of the meat was also rather tough and didn't seem fresh. The portion of the salad was also quite small and was reminiscent of packaged goods and not washed. The fact that it wasn't tasty was accepted without a word.
Another point that is important to us: My one daughter eats gluten-free - unfortunately there was no alternative such as gluten-free pasta. In this day and age, we would have liked to have been more considerate of intolerances.
In addition, another dish with extra sauce was ordered, which was unfortunately ignored. When asked, this was not discussed further, which was a shame. Unfortunately, my daughter couldn't enjoy the food.
Overall, it was an expensive visit and unfortunately we left hungry. We hope that something will change in terms of quality and service in the future, because the atmosphere is actually very nice - the potential is definitely there.
Excellent food, first class service and great ambience. Large selection of food and drinks. Allergens are clearly labeled. Gluten-free meals are possible by prior arrangement by telephone.
If we could, we would give one more star for the service. Our daughter has celiac disease and great advice was given to ensure that everything was brought to the table separately without contamination.
The food was very tasty and very good quality. We can only recommend it.
Food itself is good, but service absolutely sucks. Waited over 30 minutes for 2 pizzas and ultimately didn't even get what I ordered, with the reason being "the gluten-free version is quicker". In addition, other customers who came afterwards had already received their food (also pizzas) just cheekily. In addition, you notice that even pre-orders were not fulfilled on time, if you are too overwhelmed, you should think about it.
Went for dinner with the whole family.
Every special request, no matter how small, was taken into account.
It's also a dream for people who have to eat gluten-free, as there are a lot of gluten-free dishes and many of the burgers can also be made gluten-free.
In addition, very competent, attentive and friendly service.
Absolute recommendation!
Everything was delicious and the employee took great care to ensure that it was prepared gluten-free when ordering a gluten-free sub. It was explained which dressings contain gluten and another sub was not heated together with the gluten-free one.
And overall, it is positive to note that there are gluten-free subs at all; they are not available in Berlin central station.
We (3 people) spontaneously stopped there today. The waiter greeted us very friendly and we were able to get a seat without any problems. We had the tandoori platter and what can I say. Salad was simple but the dressing was a dream, the platter was well prepared and really tasty. It's also great that someone who has gluten intolerance can go there. So we will definitely come back.
On our drive from the north to the western tip we wanted to snack. With celiac disease this is complicated. So at the rest stop we tried the “find me glutenfree” app and the café was suggested to us. Called briefly to see if gf was in stock and then went there. Everything is sweet here! From the furnishings to the loving dishes, mocktails with glitter, the extremely delicious chocolate cake and the staff. Rarely have I felt so comfortable in a foreign country! Very familiar with great, small dishes! Highly recommended and it definitely wasn't our last visit! Thanks!
