Delicious. One dish was better than the next. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the staff is very nice. They gave us a complementary appetizer, Papadum, chutney, plus dessert. They also have plentiful gluten-free options available, and are very knowledgeable about safety. When we ordered a dish spicy, it actually came with the perfect amount of spice. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!
Rice by Mama is one of my favorite places. I am (unfortunately) gluten free. Rice by Mama has several incredibly yummy gluten free options!! They make me so happy!
We had a great experience here. The oyster was super fresh. The food was delicious. Our waiter, Saul, was very warm and professional. Me being celiac always worry about getting "gluten poisoned". Saul made sure the dishes I ordered were gluten free. It was a fantastic experience!
The staff here we're great! Love all the gluten free options. Everything was clearly labeled on the menu and the staff were knowledgeable. Was told 45-minute wait and got seated in less than 15! I have the Carolina pulled pork with smashed sweet potatoes and broccoli. Delicious!
I’m giving to give five stars for the gluten-free crust! And the service was good. But next time, check the lettuce leaves of the salad. $14 is a lot for a salad and the leaves should all be fresh. There were quite a few wilted.
I am gluten intolerant and they have delicious Gluten Friendly foods to choose from.
We had calamari and the chicken legs with gravy as appetizers and they were so good and flavorful. My main dish were drunken noodles. Delicious and flavorful as well. You can also chose the spice level. I also a vegan creamy coconut mango drink. It wasn't too sweet it was just right and so yummy!
Every plate that my family got was so yummy. They all enjoyed their food.
In the end my family ordered a layered mango cake. I couldn't have any but my family said it was so delicious.
The service is great and they are accommodating to my food sensitivities.
We have definitely have come back and gotten the same great service and food.
I strongly recommend this place.
Been going here for years and it never fails to impress. I love that they have “made-to-order” Gluten free pancakes and waffles with the option at add blueberries. It made my kids day, being that we are all GF.
Don’t waste your time. The tri tip steak was unseasoned, undercooked and so tough I could not eat it. They do not know about gluten allergies as the rice pilaf had noodles in it but I was assured it was gluten free. The drinks were weak and watered down. The baked potato was the only part of the meal that was edible. I would never go back!
Always great. We’ve been going here for over a year now and have enjoyed it every time. The service is super friendly and the food is great. Everything clearly marked for us gluten free people. And so many great options. Try the lamb tikka masala.
Amazing!!!!!! I wish we had a chick-fil-a in Visalia!
With celiac, there aren’t many places I can eat.
Not only does this restaurant provide gluten free options like buns…. They also have a separate area of preparation which is key to a vapid cross contamination and sickness. Our whole family loved their food!!!! (I’m the only gluten free eater) all kids were raving about how they love it and can’t wait to go back and try more! I also felt the same! Please bring one to Visalia Ca! Big city, you’ll Make big business!
I did not feel ill after eating here and was pleasantly surprised because I mostly choose not to eat out anymore, and just cook at home. If I had a restaurant like this close to home, I would feel comfortable going here again and again
We can't believe how good the food is at this restaurant. It's unbelievably delicious...fresh ingredients, homemade pasta and even the gluten free pasta was so good, same consistency and flavor as wheat pasta. The tomato-based sauces are flavorful and not overpowered by garlic, as some restaurants tend to do, and all you get is heartburn. The cream sauces are going to make you think you died and went to heaven. You can taste the butter and the real cream. Pizza? We always order one to go when we go for dinner because it's that good. If you're in town, this is definitely a must eat place.
Had the best seat in the house...next to the fireplace! I had a Hot toddy to start , then arugula and goat cheese salad with butternut soup, delicious!! Finished off with the gluten-free apple crumble.
Ohhhh, this location is fabulous!! Forget the food, sit on the patio and enjoy the view of the harbor and boats going by. On the subject of food, I only had a coffee and gluten free cookie, but, from what I could see, the breakfast burrito looked like a big seller. Very fast, efficient and very friendly service. All goods are sourced locally. Dog friendly with patio seating as well as nearby picnic tables.
We LOVE The Lebanese Oven. I eat vegetarian and gluten-free so I always get the falafel plate with the hummus and Lebanese salad. My husband eats everything and has loved all the dishes he’s had here, but his favorites are the shawarma and the shojuq. He says the pita chips are the best too. It’s so much food - and so much garlic - but it’s absolutely delicious.
We ordered at Blaze Pizza through Uber Eats for the first time. There was a problem with the order that we couldn't resolve through Uber Eats. Blaze Pizza went above and beyond to make us happy, even having an employee drive to our house with the missing item. I plan to give them more business because of their outstanding effort. We ordered a vegetarian, gluten-free pizza and once we got it, it was delicious. Had a thin crunchy crust and perfect sauce, just the way I like it. As mentioned I will eat there again, but in person next time.
Beautiful views. Group of 5 order at counter when you enter. Get a buzzer and then wait. Not a long wait at 6:30 on a Tuesday. I had to special order no dairy and another was gluten free. They were knowledgeable about the menu ingredients and the food was delivered as ordered. Chicken sandwich for me. Salad with shrimp for another. Fish tacos and fish sandwich and a curry rounded out the table. All empty plates! Oh btw. The sweet potato fries are delicious!!
Best crispy tacos in Ventura. I enjoy all the items I've had here, but the "tacos Dorados" are a definite stand out. This restaurant is very allergy conscious and has a dairy free horchata and multiple gluten-free options.
I started visiting Valentinos in highschool back in the 90s for their amazing sandwiches. Ocer the years I've gotten many take n bake pizzas which are always super fresh and tasty. Lately tho, we've gotten our own pizza oven at home and we've been getting just the crusts, some toppings, and "making" our own pizzas at home. No matter which way you choose, try Valentinos!
I have a gluten intolerance and their crusts NEVER hurt my tummy. Service is always with a smile, and their ingredients are always super fresh!
This is the second time we have enjoyed Chilli Basil! It did not disappoint! We all loved our dishes. Such a varied menu! Also a separate gluten free menu and a separate kids menu.
They have a couple good gluten free options :) their waffle is amazing! You can also get the eggs Benedict gluten free! The hollandaise sauce is not made with flour.
Good little hole in the wall thai food. I’m gluten-free and they said I can order anything on the menu. I was there for lunch and had Pad-see-EW lunch special. Came with an egg roll that was also safe to eat. I’ll definitely eat here again.
We walked in and were immediately greeted and offered a choice of seating.
We ordered two meals, Pad Thai and Pad Woon Sen, and shared. Both were delicious. All the veggies were very fresh and still crispy, not over cooked. They didn't skimp on the chicken and it was well cleaned, no grizzly bits. This was some of the best Thai food I have eaten.
The menu had clear markings for vegan and gluten free options, which is important to us as my wife is sensitive to gluten, as in puffs up like the Michelin man
The whole place was extremely clean and had fresh real flowers on the tables.
Super casual and friendly, cocktail prices were cheaper than anywhere in Arizona (where we are visiting from). Dog friendly. I asked if they would consider frying the shrimp in just corn starch because I am gluten intolerant and can’t have batter (contains flour). They were willing to try it and it all turned out delicious!! Thank you so much!!!!
