However, I would like to express my concern regarding the $18.00 Gluten-Free sandwich. I found it disappointing in value for several reasons. The sandwich was significantly smaller than even half of their non-Gluten-Free options and contained approximately one-third of the filling. The bread was approximately 1/4 the length of a standard pen. A business owner, should be embarrassed to present such a product to a customer. As someone who cannot eat gluten finding this place was a dream come true. It is rare to find an Italian restaurant that offers GF pasta and if they do it comes from a box. The chef makes all the GF pasta and bread and it was DELICIOUS! I haven’t had lasagna in 10 years and I cannot wait to go back and have more. Employees were handling money, people's cards, cleaning outside tables, touching their personal clothing, the cash registers and then touching ready to eat food WITHOUT changing gloves one single time🤮 seriously disgusting. And people will be getting sick if this continues.
