A fancy place for a family meal, a date, a celebration, or a Sunday lunch.
Spectacular food, like I haven't had in years. I recommend the roast chicken and the steaks in general.
They also specialize in gluten-free cuisine (almost all their dishes are gluten-free). In fact, they only have cornbread, which they make on-site, and it's delicious.
The atmosphere is cozy and very pretty, with a covered terrace overlooking a garden.
A 10/10.
The best experience you can have. The service is excellent, the food delicious. Heaven for my friend Maria, who suffers from celiac disease. You can't leave Granada without stopping by one of its restaurants. A 10, no, a 1000!
I loved coming here because they have gluten-free and lactose-free pizza!!
And also the service is good and fast.
The best I've ever eaten by far. We will return!
We ordered a fritter for four people, each paying €9. It's ample, and the desserts were also very good, especially the puff pastry with cream and chocolate. I have to say that the migas (breadcrumbs) are very simple, as they don't contain chorizo, peppers, or anything else—just breadcrumbs, but they were good. The ham croquettes were also very good.
Almost everything is gluten-free, so that's a great point in their favor. Plus, you don't need a reservation, so there's plenty of room.
Service and experience is great. We were over the moon finding such a great place that is very central and catered for a celiac. Quality was just amazing. It is highly recommend for celiac costumers. They have a large range of options to choose from. Anderson the waiter was very helpful and professional since we arrived. 10 out of 10 for location, atmosphere and hospitality. We will be back in soon . Thanks for making this experience possible.
Be careful if you're celiac. I ordered a gluten-free dessert, and when I received it at the table, I asked if it was gluten-free, to which they replied that it was. When I'd already eaten half the dessert, they came to take it away, telling me it contained gluten and that they would serve me a new gluten-free one. This is a very serious and dangerous mistake. Most restaurants still have a lot to do regarding allergens; having an allergen list isn't enough; we have to be careful, since people's health is at stake. I must say that the food was generally very good.
A very good restaurant in a beautiful location with a wide variety of food for people with celiac disease. They even serve gluten-free migas (on request). The grilled meat was delicious, and the waiter (I think his name was Ramón) treated us very pleasantly and gave us great recommendations, even though we arrived a little late, around 3:45 p.m., as we were hiking and borrowing some lemons. We will definitely return.
Cozy restaurant and fantastic treatment from the owner. My children are celiac and they had dishes adapted for them and they controlled the issue of cross contamination. We ate very well.
We loved it! The owners are loving people, it is totally suitable for celiacs, they have a fryer only for homemade potatoes and another only for frying gluten-free foods. They tell you everything you can eat and if they can adapt any dish you want, in addition to super polite and close treatment, a 10 for the establishment!!
We have visited this restaurant/chiringuito on several occasions and it has always been good, but this time it was very very good. Ask us about gluten-free options and they even brought us some of the ingredients that could be problematic for us to read and agree.
There is talk of other places to eat espetos, but La Dorada for quality and price I choose these.
The prices are well within what is possible.
If we can we will repeat before the end of the summer.
We were there at 1:00 p.m., and they didn't even offer a tapa, but they charged you as if they were offering one. It's expensive. A small bottle of gluten-free beer costs four euros. A rip-off. Typical touristy stuff. Four beers for 14 euros.
After complaining that the air conditioning delivery pipe is dripping water, which fell on the plate, the young and inexperienced waiter seats two people in the same place after demanding that he change us. It seems that they are not willing to lose what a table brings them. Zero customer interest. Namely, with that need for euros what you do in the kitchen. Be careful with this place! Also, the gluten-free thing is even more careful!! Some days they have gluten-free dishes and other days they don't exist. Seeing as how they care very little if water from air conditioning condensation gets on their food (which is disgusting and can make you sick), I doubt they are respectful of gluten-free preparation. Person in charge of the establishment, go with the modern children that you have serving and see if you send them to hospitality school. If someone complains to them it is for something, not so that they continue exposing other people to contaminated water from the air conditioning!
There are homemade dishes and desserts for CELIACS.
The croquettes are homemade (grandma's are cooked, without much to highlight about them).
The chickpea stew that they serve as a starter has been a very pleasant surprise and a generous accompaniment. The sauce was exquisite.
It is advisable to book in advance because it is always full on weekends.
Attention to the ideal audience. Adequate prices. Quiet atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Massimo is a talented Puglian chef who cooks the food he grew up on with great passion. There's a daily changing menu and we enjoyed Delizie Rellenas Rabo Toro (oxtail ravioli); and Gnocci Boscaiola (woodland muchrooms) – among a very varied menu. All our dishes were utterly delicous.
Puddings were to die for - especailly the chcolate pyramid and a coffee/icecream/Baileys option.
Gluten free pasta was provided for one of which was much appreciated.
Thank you Massimo and your team for making it a very special and memorable afternoon.
Restaurant located on the Paseo Marítimo de Salobreña, it has a fully covered interior room and an exterior terrace all with sea views.
Very good quality-price.
Excellent attention from the entire service starting with the Head of Room to the last waiter.
It is very convenient to book, especially in the summer season.
Easy parking and wheelchair access in the summer is complicated.
It is advisable to notify vegans and celiacs.
We loved it. Above all the treatment, but the food was great. Noting that I have celiac disease, they have had gluten-free bread and beer and they have adapted the dishes so that I could eat, they knew what we were talking about.
The place with a very good vibe.
You can have lunch, dinner or a drink.
Super recommended!!
As soon as you enter you find a bar full of hams and wine barrels as well as a ham cutter that I'll stick to you cutting ham for the tapa that you are going to eat first. The prices are like everywhere else, a beer or a third for 2.70 euros. It has beer for celiacs. You have to be patient with the waiters because the place is usually packed.
Fabulous place to share a good day.
The customer service is outstanding and the quality of the food is incredible (all homemade, lactose-free and gluten-free).
The cachopo is huge and delicious.
