A super-good Greek restaurant in Munich, and gluten-free too! Every dish is highly recommended, and the staff is super friendly.
A great restaurant, especially for people with celiac disease/gluten intolerance.
First, I'd like to mention the exceptionally friendly staff. 😊
For me, as someone with celiac disease, it's paradise. Eating everything on the menu is simply amazing. The pizzas were delicious.
We'll definitely be back next time we're in Munich. 😊
We arrived there in the evening and it was a bit rainy one of the waiters didn’t allow us to sit inside and they were very rude.
Then when we asked another waiter he was very friendly and gave us the opportunity to sit inside.
Inside was warm and alright, then we ask for the gluten free menu they gave us the drink menu…
By the third time we received the gluten free menu…..
Then the table and the chairs was wobbly, we had adjust it ourselves, lol!
Then the food took forever…
And it was small portion for the gluten free schnitzel… and it was pricey…
And it wasn’t worth the price because of the tasteless spice…
The woman bathroom was alright.
Overall it was too pricey for what it was.
The service was partially good.
But it’s a worth try because of the gluten free menu!!!
Finally eating waffles again 🤩 All waffles are gluten-free, fluffy on the inside, and crispy on the outside. We'll definitely be back and try the cake, quiche, and other lunch dishes. Thanks also for the friendly service!
We ordered gluten-free pizzas for pickup: fast, friendly, and, above all, super delicious!
The crust tastes really good, thin and crispy—even regular eaters enjoy this version. The toppings are plentiful, too.
Senso is also conveniently located right next to the Brudermühlstraße subway station.
I had ordered a gluten-free pizza without ham, along with four other pizzas. When I picked it up, I heard the waiter tell the pizza maker that the pizza was ordered without ham. The pizza maker fled. I had to wait and assumed the pizza would be remade - but it wasn't. I got a pizza with raw ham shoved into the top and right at the bottom, presumably so they could claim they had misunderstood the order. It's a complete disgrace, and knowingly giving me the wrong food is a service 10000.
I discovered little Flo through my daughter. It's really a nice, small restaurant with very good burgers, including the desserts, all homemade. My daughter has a gluten intolerance and that's not a problem for little Flo, as gluten-free burger rolls are also offered. The service is always very friendly and in a good mood.
Everything fine!!
We always enjoy coming back when we are in town.
Very nice location in the heart of Munich's city center, directly accessible by subway; very friendly staff and attentive service (I had indicated online that it was my mother's birthday (and she has celiac disease), and she received a super-sweet gluten-free pancake with a sparkler). We highly recommend the gluten-free and "regular" bagel, the banana bowl with gluten-free crumble, as well as the gluten-free pancakes and cappuccino. :)
Really delicious and safe gluten free German food! The dishes which can be made gluten free are marked on the menu (English and German menus available). The menu also says something like “customers with celiac disease, we can guarantee gluten free meals”. They have an entirely separate area of the kitchen for gf meals. Big selection! They also have gf beer and desserts. I had the Weiner Schnitzel vom Kalb with roasted potatoes and definitely recommend it. Note- they do not have a dedicated gluten free fryer, but I think their large selection of meals makes up for it.
Great shop with good vegan dishes.
We were particularly happy about the gluten-free, vegan chocolate cake.
Unfortunately the chocolate cake was very dry. Maybe you can adapt the recipe again?
We were looking for a good restaurant near central station and had a 6:45 train to catch. What a great find… of course we eat early so the restaurant we just us four (4) and wasn’t disappointed… from the salmon 🍣 tartar to the shrimp and spinach risotto…plus has gluten free pasta for one of the guest… everything was fresh and service was spot on.
P solid gluten free options- they did mix our pizza with the gluten one when they boxed it up and cut the gluten free pizza with the same pizza cutter as the regular pizza… definitely cross contamination bit if you’re not too sensitive its a great bite
The food is good. The service messed up the order. We also went for gluten free pizza but every time I have come here they didn't have anymore. Hopefully they improve soon and refill their stock.
Very positive eating experience and a beautiful environment that is family friendly. The waiters speak English and are very friendly, and the location is suitable for both gluten-intolerant and regular eaters. Highly recommend.
Exceptional experience!! Often reviews do not reflect reality and instead here the 5 stars are REAL! The evening started in a pleasant way with Biagio who pampers you even before the table is ready.
Gluten free fantastic! I recommend celiacs to stop by this place.
Don't miss this place if you are in Munich!
Warm greetings to Biagio and all the staff
We first tried their Boscaiola gluten free pizza on delivery, with no expectations, but it turned out to be a "life-changing experience". Me and my friend were dreaming and talking about that pizza for weeks, and after one unsuccessful attempt to get a place without reservation, we finally made it. Gluten free dough is soft and not at all crumbly, the pizza is rich in ingredients, juicy and flavourful. Service is great too.

Great place to meet for a quick bite to eat or an after work cocktail before taking the train.
🔥What’s special: This Restaurant offers typical Venezuelan arepas and they are a delight. 😋Daily lunch special from Tue-Fri with soft drink, yucca fries or fried plantains, arepa and coffee for 14.90€.
🥑 Vegan/Gluten-free: Arepas are gluten-free as they’re made of corn flor. I had the arepa Pabellon Verde with fried plantain, avocado and black beans.
😋Taste: Simply Delicious. Loved every bite.
📍Location: Super. Only 5-7 min by foot from main station and 5 min from Stieglmaierplatz
🏡Vibe: its right in the hustle and bustle of Munich center. You can sit on terrace or if you want more peace, choose a table indoor
⏰Opening Hours: since it’s a bar, it’s open until late
💶Price: I paid 14€ for one arepa, which seems a little pricey but I can’t compare with other locations.
💳Payment: Easy by cash or credit card
I would recommend Prygoshin to anyone who wants to try typical South American food, get a quick drink after work, or wants to meet with friends before catching the train back home.
The falafel is absolutely recommended - the best I've eaten so far!
The service was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about celiac disease/gluten intolerance. I tolerated the food well.
Must eat gluten free. I was offered that I could also have pasta dishes gluten-free, but then there was only penne. When I asked for the bill, I had to pay another €4.00 for the normal pasta dish (which I didn't get) for the gluten-free one, citing the reason that you also have to put extra water on. I found this more than customer-hostile since I came with a group of 15 people. It's now clear to us that we won't be coming anymore. Managing director in Laim zero cooperative.
A group of 9 of us were in town and wanted to eat here for dinner. They were amazing in accommodating our group at the last minute. The food and drinks were amazing as was the service. The pizza was EXCELLENT. They even have gluten free options, which was wonderful to see not to mention amazing flavor! Our only suggestion is that likely 2 people could share a pizza if you also get the appetizers like we did. Great experience!
Super friendly service.
The pizza is the best in all of Munich!
I've been going to Busento for many years, and it's always very good.
What's nice is that they offer gluten-free pizza.
We chose based on reviews. The place is in a street with a lot of different restaurants and pastry shops, so if you don't choose here, there is an option to walk further and find what you want. We wanted a burger, so we sat down here. For me, the choice was a burger with a gluten-free bun. Unfortunately, the bun was not good at all and spoiled the impression of the whole meal. It tasted more like a week-old pastry that crumbles in your hand. It was also excessively large, so the contents were lost in it. For €20 for a bun with meat and fries, I wouldn't expect such quality. For me, I have to say that there are better companies in the area, at least with regard to the quality of the ingredients used. In addition, there must have been something with gluten in the food. Unfortunately. The service was nice and friendly. Maybe not having to eat gluten free would be better in my opinion, but this way it's disappointing.
Very friendly and attentive service.
The food (2 pizzas, 1 gluten-free pizza, side salad, and dessert) was very good. We especially enjoyed the gluten-free pizza, which was also available at no extra charge.
We had a very comfortable outdoor seating.
We'll definitely be back.
Friendly service, really good food, and they also offer gluten-free pasta dishes. It's nice inside, but you can also sit outside! You definitely can't go wrong.
went there for gluten free bun, took Korean spicy chicken burger, it was quite nice but expected more flavors. also bbq chicken wings were good and fries are really good!
Very friendly staff, very tasty food. An absolute highlight for my sister who has celiac disease. The coconut balls in particular are pure enjoyment. A must for us when we are in Munich.
Great place for a quick and healthy lunch. Gluten free options and very knowledgeable staff on different dietary needs. Reasonably priced, €6 - 9 per meal
Hans in misfortune
No gluten-free burger buns and not a single salad without gluten.
All vegan burger paddies also have gluten.
It's also sad that only a simple salad is vegan and also contains gluten.
Great restaurant, very nice staff but very poor menu. Our colleagues overseas are better equipped. Our conclusion: The menu should be reconsidered as soon as possible. Even though Munich is one of the GDR carnivore cities in Germany. Most vegans today refuse wheat products.
A discovery for celiacs. They have both gluten free pizza and pasta. They know the disease perfectly and the treatment is 10. The abundant quantities and the price in line with the quality they offer. Don't miss the desserts.
Furthermore, it is a restaurant run by Italians in the "Italian" style: Pleasant, attentive, friendly, .... with the addition of saying that out of the 3 days we have been in Munich we dined there on all three days.
The location is perfect if you are staying at the NH München Messe, on the outskirts of Munich.
Without a doubt 100% recommended
We spontaneously picked something up on Sunday afternoon. They said 20 minutes on the phone.
I arrived 10 minutes early and was greeted very warmly. They immediately asked the kitchen how long it would take (10 minutes).
I was offered a free drink to cover the wait and a seat at the bar. The espresso I chose was very good.
The food (pasta with salmon, lasagna, vegetarian pizza, gluten-free salami pizza, and a mixed salad) was very tasty.
When I asked, I was told that gluten-free pasta is also available and that there will even be an all-you-can-eat gluten-free event taking place soon.
I really liked the ambiance inside.
We will definitely come back and eat there again.
