As someone with a gluten intolerance, the customer care and food was brilliant! There was a huge selection of food for me to choose from and the team were very thorough in making sure I was accommodated. All food was flagged appropriately and our server Ollie was enthusiastic and diligent.
First time visiting and my friend and I had the tapas lunch menu. There's lots to choose from and I appreciate the gluten free options that are just as tasty (also vegan). The atmosphere is warm and inviting and so are the lovely staff. Our meal was piping hot, freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. The toilets are spotless but are downstairs. We will definitely be returning.
Absolutely love the atmosphere of Bistro Pierre, it's calm and welcoming. The food was excellent and the staff are allergen vigilant and able to adapt most dishes to be gluten free.
Had a quick birthday meal before heading off to my party i am Coeliac and bal was very informative and made sure I was ordering with all knowledge of any cross contamination possibilities so I knew what to avoid the meal was delicious will be back again

Having dined previously with Prezzo, I was very disappointed to find that they are no longer Coeliac accredited and could only be “gluten friendly” and no guarantee of there not being any cross contamination.
What a backward step in customer service!!
As a consequence I did not dine here as I did not feel safe that allergies would be respected.
I hope this is not the case in all branches of Prezzo :(
Me and my friends decided to try out pizza express for a nice Friday lunch treat, but the experience was not equal to the price we had to pay... my friend accidentally ordered a vegan, gluten free margherita pizza and the dough might as well have been raw, she paid 16 pounds for a vegan, gluten free pizza including the dough balls... with a 10 pound discount. The regular margherita was alright I guess, calamari was alright. I just think for the price you have to pay, might as well go to dominos.
Went to Memsaab last night for the first time with my Wife....She is Gluten, Egg and Soya intolerant.....had a fabulous meal.........it was beautiful........fine dining Indian........but the food was the best ever from an Indian restaurant.......a wonderful experience throughout as no irritations from my wife's point of view with the food with her allergies......very refreshing........we will definitely go again very soon
Wish I had tried this restaurant sooner. The excellent reviews made me choose this over other city centre options and my family all said it was the best restaurant meal ever. My well travelled older brother said it was the best lasagne he had ever had! My sea bass with lobster bisque sauce dish was adapted superbly by the chef to accomodate gluten and dairy intolerance. Likewise, my bruscheta starter was also incredibly tasty. I did not feel short changed in flavour or choice, which is the norm for me when dining out. My 2 sons' 3 courses were also described with superlatives. The wine was apparently excellent (I stuck to prosseco as it was my birthday). Limoncello was offered after the bill was settled and I can't not mention the waiters who were attentive and professional throughout. What a fantastic experience and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended 👌
One of the best restaurants for coeliacs/gluten free. The staff are all really informative and a manager takes your order if you have any allergies/intolerances. They check through your order on their allergen matrix to make sure its safe for you. Staff clean down grills before cooking your meal to reduce the risk of cross contamination. I am very sensitive to gluten and have never had a reaction at Nandos. I always feel comfortable eating here. Highly recommend to any coeliacs!
Great food and service - very accommodating with regard to allergens for gluten issues and made sure that the order was marked for the kitchen staff and kept very updated . Whenever we are visiting Nottingham the venue for a curry will always be the Calcutta Club
An amazing treasure trove of a store! Could easily spend all my time here, love my new dice, people were very chatty, and, gluten free, and vegan food! It was so very good, an absolute treat to be shown this, beautiful Aladdin's cave!
We were a party of 12 for my daughter's hen day. 2 of our ladies are Coeliac and 1 Vegan. All were catered for extremely well to the point of even cocktails being made separately by someone who had no contact with food so as not to cross contaminate. The service was faultless and friendly. Well done TGI Nottingham
Came here for Monday lunch such a nice surprise
Wasn't expecting much to be gluten free but was given a menu showing all gluten free pies and lots of things could be modified to be gluten free.
Lovely view of the robin hood statue
Wiktoria was excellent, attentive and speedy so we got our value for money with the bottomless brunch. Also helpful with some gluten free options on the menu. Wiktoria, we'll be back as long as you can be our server!
Looking for gluten free food in a hurry, this was the 4th or 5th place we tried , the server was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming.
Ordered a chicken strips platter, the food was tasty, the sides , mixed salad and chips, could have been a little bigger for the price, and there could have been a little less sauce. Extra points for gherkins in the salad😊 , minus points for serving on a slate😐.
We absolutely love going here, we enjoy the pho and I can enjoy it gluten free they check everything it's been a safe place for me to eat some starters are also gluten free I've enjoyed the salt and pepper squid and the prawn summer rolls too.

With firm competition on the 'curry mile', Kottaram stands out from the others with its offerings of Pan Indian cuisine which includes South Indian cuisine, alongside typical northern Indian dishes. The menu is vast, and split in to regional categories, as well as Chef's Specials - but your friendly server will help you decide what to order.
What exited me about trying some Southern Indian cuisine was that they have dosa on the menu! A thin rice and lentil pancake (yay for the gluten frees), we went for a vegetable filling of seasoned potatoes - the dosa looks massive, but I assure you it's incredibly thin and light, with a nice crisp to it! I can't wait to have this again, I loved it!
Since the South boasts many seafood dishes too, we tried a Fish Pakora which is cooked in a crispy batter with ginger and garlic. Another 10 /10 starter dish!
For mains, I had a Chicken Rogan Josh and whilst my choice was fairly safe, there was nothing boring about this dish: it was probably the most flavoursome rogan josh I've ever had. More adventurously, we also tried a dish from the Malabar region, a Thalassery Erachi Curry which is an aromatic lamb curry. The entire generous portion was finished, which is all you need to know!
With no space left for dessert but knowing I can't get gulab juman outside of an Indian restaurant, I had to order one, if anything, for comparison and research purposes. As anticipated, it was the best gulam juman and pistachio kulfi on the mile, in my opinion.
I would encourage everyone to visit Kottaram, even if you already have your firm favourite on Maid Marian Way. With their diverse menu, Kottaram offers you the chance to try something new and different and you won't leave feeling disappointed.
