Simply the best in Florence! They make the entire menu gluten-free and the food is wonderful. It doesn't even feel like you're eating gluten-free pasta (even my husband, who can eat regular pasta, went gluten-free). Our experience was so, so good, that we went again another night to eat there. Igor's service was also spectacular! We loved this pleasant surprise, as we had a reservation at the famous restaurant next door, but we ended up deciding to take a chance at Da Garibaldi. What a hit!!! They could open one here in Florianópolis (Brazil).

Excellent pizza. It took a little while to call the waiter and order but in the end we did it. A celiac friend had ordered a gluten-free pizza and they brought it to him with gluten but the waitress had time to realize that it was with gluten and had the kitchen redo the pizza by offering that pizza to the rest of us

Gluten-free cuddles, pizza made with wholemeal dough (and a slice of the gluten-free one stolen from the friend next to me), gluten-free tiramisu: this is the menu for my dinner. What to say? The gluten free dough from "Pizzeria Insieme" is the best I have ever tasted! The cuddles are soft and light like clouds, the pizza is tasty and super digestible: the consistency is the opposite of "rubbery", something that often characterizes the pizzas of other places. The tiramisu was delicious, perfect because it was not too sugary as we often experience and extremely pleasant in that contrast between the softness of the cream and the fragrant of the biscuit. Really pleasant wholemeal dough, with that pleasantly "rustic" taste that invites you to devour the pizza in one bite. Another very important detail: the ingredients are truly of excellent quality, from the ham and cheese that accompanied the coccoli to the cherry tomatoes and burrata that seasoned the pizza, without forgetting the tiramisu biscuits. I would like to place the emphasis on the cherry tomatoes, which definitely had their own identity, they were not bland and watery like those sold in all shops and supermarkets lately: this is to say that "Pizzeria Insieme", in addition to knowing how to cook expertly, has made itself also a good search for suppliers and good things to put in your recipes. The environment feels like home, so it makes you feel at ease, and in particular I love the combination of the anthracite of the walls with the white of the furniture, in a pleasant balance between modern and rustic. Speaking of feeling at ease, I would like to compliment the girls who served me and my friends, because I found them very polite and jovial, plus they made it clear that they cared a lot about doing their job well, and this made me feel pampered and important.
