Disappointing dinner
We went to this restaurant for a family dinner (4 people) during a 3-day vacation, attracted by the fact that it was listed as a member of the AIC circuit. Unfortunately, the experience was well below expectations.
The appetizer arrived immediately, but the gluten-free bread to accompany it was served after an hour. When asked for clarification, the answer was "be patient", because there was a table for 70 people who also arrived after us.
The waiting staff was clearly in a hurry because in addition to the large table there were just as many covers at small tables. And unfortunately, when the first courses arrived, the situation did not improve: overcooked risotto at canteen level, cutlet as hard as a sole, agnolotti with and without gluten brought by the same waiter (a very critical aspect for those with celiac disease).
From a place that presents itself as attentive to gluten-free I expected much more attention and professionalism.
I hope they can reflect on management and, above all, on how many people a restaurant can accommodate based on the available staff. Serving a few well is better than serving everyone badly.
We resolved the evening for the better by stopping in a supermarket.
Definitely an excellent pizza restaurant for those with celiac disease
Prices a little higher than average but quality ingredients and good pizza that is crispy to the right point
Under the air conditioning you need to have an extra garment
Very good pizza, even for celiacs and lactose intolerant.
The pizzas are certainly not cheap, but the products are quality.
The service is fast and friendly.
The location is quite convenient.
Friendly and attentive staff.
Gluten-free dinner!
I was finally able to eat excellent quality gluten-free dishes!
The menu offers revisited traditional dishes and more exotic dishes, all delicious.
The service was excellent, the guy who served us was very nice and very knowledgeable about celiac disease 👏🏼
I went last night for the first time and I have to say that for me who CANNOT EAT GLUTEN it was never an experience that exceeded my expectations.
Even the "normal" pizza according to the other diners was very good but I want to focus on my gluten-free one with turmeric in the dough topped with 4 white cheeses was something HEAVENLY as well as the sushi pizza with anduja and then to finish the tiramisu produced by them.
I will definitely return and also a great appreciation to the very attentive, kind and prepared staff. MY RATING IS 10 WITH HONOURS

Very helpful and kind, excellent for those who cannot eat gluten as 99% of the menu is also offered gluten-free.
Not the usual dishes but delicious proposals prepared excellently
Spectacular
Didn’t know where to go because most places close at 2:30/3:00pm
We found this Italian restaurant and honestly it’s the highlight of the day
They can also make the pizzas gluten free
Beautiful experience.. highly recommended place for gluten-free and not only.. courteous, attentive and helpful staff.. excellent value for money.. without a doubt to try again.
Great quick lunch, taste and tradition
We went to this place with some friends for a quick lunch and we were pleasantly surprised. We chose a full menu with sandwich, potatoes and beer: everything was very good!
I had the "FRESC TONNÈ" sandwich (€9.90) with Piedmontese raw meat, tuna sauce, rocket and cherry tomatoes: really tasty and gluten-free, great news for those with intolerances!
The service was quite fast, the style is that of a fast food, but with a touch of Piedmontese tradition that makes the difference.
I recommend it for those looking for a quick but quality lunch, with attention also to dietary needs.
Pizzeria restaurant of the Associaz. Italiana Celiachia circuit, half an hour from Turin. They make pizza and fresh pasta, also gluten-free. I ate a plate of fresh pasta with calamari and datterini tomatoes, gluten-free, very very good. The SG bread was also amazing. The Sicilian cannoli were also excellent. The only flaw was the environment, with the air conditioning off and very noisy. The staff was very kind. A place definitely recommended for the quality of the raw materials
I have been celiac since I was a child and for years I have frequented this restaurant with confidence, because it was one of the few to offer gluten-free options. Unfortunately, today I can no longer say the same.
It is already the second time that, after eating a pizza declared gluten free, I feel sick for hours.
I am sorry to say it, but evidently the attention to contamination is no longer what it once was. For those who are celiac, this is not a detail: it is a question of health.
I hope that the restaurant will truly guarantee the safety it promises again. For now, I do not feel like recommending it to those with special dietary needs.
Great place to have a nice lunch at the foot of the Mole Antonelliana, a very welcoming place full of colors.
We took a "SPICY" Toast and a "CUBAN GLUTEN FREE" with the addition of a portion of chips and 2 cans of water.
Both toasts were really excellent, especially the gluten free one!!
Really good chips, they are not the classic ones you find around in fact I really recommend a portion... Very tasty.
For a total of €21 for 2 people, sitting down for lunch.
The offer of different doughs gives the place a very high rating as, in addition to the classics, there is also gluten-free dough, both in pan and shovel format.
I give my choice, wholemeal focaccia with lard, a solid 10!
The base is excellent, covered with very soft lard.
I will definitely be back!
Going to Past a Porter is like going home. Many selections of traditional Italian pastas and condiments. Also suitable for many intolerances and diets: if you have celiac, vegan and lactose intolerant friends, it will be the place that makes everyone happy! The staff is always very welcoming and smiling :)
We chose this pizzeria on the advice of friends with dietary needs and we had a great time.
FOOD: the pizza was a hybrid between Neapolitan (puffy crust) and crunchy, salty dough. The proposals on the menu were limited but particular. We took a simple but very good farinata, a Geoffrey with meatballs in sauce (very tasty) and one which was the pizza of the month with potatoes, smoked provola and porchetta (even more memorable).
SERVICE: the owner, or rather the one who served us, was very nice, the only flaw was the 40 minute wait with the place half empty (it was a Wednesday evening).
ENVIRONMENT: the place was under renovation, so I cannot judge the room in which we ate because it would not reflect normality. It was perhaps a little cold.
BATHROOM: needs a little more attention.
NB: the one who took the gluten-free dough was very impressed by its goodness.
Really excellent potatoes and good attention to gluten-free. Too bad about the waiting time and the really basic service. Price in line with the proposal
A neat, fresh and cute place. They also have a gluten-free menu, but in the first course section there is only one type; well, they could also offer stuffed pasta to fully enjoy all the goodness of the region. For the rest, I liked everything!
We went to dinner at this restaurant on the suggestion of a friend, I must say it was a real surprise, being gluten intolerant I was already ready to eat the classic things that you are absolutely sure you are not in and instead I discovered from a very kind, super helpful and prepared waitress that the restaurant is certified gluten free and offers fresh pasta, bread, breadsticks, desserts all gluten free and all very good, (those who eat gluten free know what I mean). We ate very well and without any consequences, traditional dishes presented in a very pleasant way (the eye also wants its part) the grand finale was the zabaglione made on the spot a spectacle, good value for money, we will certainly be back.

Horrible quality food, and no I'm not exaggerating, my gluten-free piadina was poorly heated and the salmon inside seemed stale, my friend's seafood lasagna was probably frozen and was not heated well before being served, all water and raw prawns inside
I took photos because it was unpresentable
AIC informed place, no problem for celiacs. Good food, honest prices and possibility to sit outside. I had a plate of cheese frankfurters with bacon. The sauce they make is delicious. The only flaw, although not a serious one, is the presence of only one gluten-free beer (Daura), while there are now many others, even better than Daura and artisanal.

welcoming environment, helpful and friendly staff.
for me who am celiac a real SURPRISE, so many proposals all excellent and tasty!! The fried rice with shrimp and vegetables is truly special. highly recommended
With 18 euros (plus cover charge and drinks) there is the possibility of doing this pizza tour...
But be careful, IT'S NOT THE USUAL pizza tour!
There is a variety of pizzas and a variety of truly impressive doughs. There are not only the classic "simple" pizzas that usually arrive to make you full and then they send you the special ones, but immediately pizzas arrive with very good combinations. details and even particular doughs, the turmeric or charcoal dough or the spirulina dough and also the fennel dough, just to name a few...
And then also seasoned well, cooked excellently.
The waiters were also very kind and very helpful. We happened to request some particular flavor and the availability of the pizza chef. We were satisfied...
What to say, it's not the first time I've gone but I was very impressed, highly recommended.
ALSO GLUTEN-FREE PIZZAS
Cozy place, varied menu that can also satisfy vegetarians, vegans and gluten intolerants. Attentive and quick service. However, there was a lot of confusion in the room which was noisy. Prices in line with similar restaurants in the area!
REVIEW ONLY RELEVANT TO GLUTEN FREE. Reported as a gluten free place, two miserable desserts on display, only tasted the chocolate brownie, very expensive, very greasy and disgusting.
A place that lends itself very well, both for a pizza for lunch and for a more refined dinner, a family lunch, a business lunch or with friends. The staff were friendly and pleasant without being excessive. Very good food and notable options for celiacs 😍. Price in line with the offer. Well done! Advise!!
A magnificent discovery! Very knowledgeable about gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan. Excellent food. Knowledgeable staff who recommend the best combinations with sauces. I went with 2 other celiac girls and we had a great time. Finally a restaurant in Turin that knows well what contamination and gluten-free mean. Really very good. Very abundant dishes.
Almost the entire menu is available in a gluten-free version. I had the GF pad thai with medium shrimp and tofu. Excellent, I recommend it. I will return soon to try some desserts too. The girl at the cash register was really kind.
Fantastic! They have vegan options for burgers, smashed, mayo, cheddar... amazing that we have them and also delicious! Also gluten-free bread. The quality of the ingredients is evident. Only thing there was not a single fan inside so it was very hot. But for the food they make peace!!
