FYI, you are gluten intolerant. Please make sure you DO NOT let them put a paper straw in your drink, major problems. Otherwise awesome 👌

Absolutely my favorite restaurant in Colorado as a person with Celiac disease. We had a wonderful visit and had all the food! The GF crab cheese wontons were so crispy and flavorful. The sushi was delicious! Thank you for a great meal!

I get gluten-free only. Best hot, better warmed in the instant pot and worst cold. I give 5 stars to any pizza that is edible cold.

We went there last night and it was great. My only small complaint was I thought the fries were too salty. But that, on the whole, is barely worth mentioning. Our server was prompt, our food and drinks came out very quickly. They were quite busy so, I was pleasantly surprised at this. I highly recommend their charcuterie board, there was an apple preserve or butter that was very delicious, the brie was exceptional. The rind was not too musky. There was a Wensleydale? or Gloucester type cheese with onions that was very tasty. I do wish it had came with a gluten-free bread or cracker but, I was happy to eat it without them. I tried my significant others old fashioned and it wasn't too sweet, which is very pleasant, a lot of bars make them far too sweet. If we are on that side of the Metro again we'll happily go back there. It was a bonus that they did take reservations on a Friday.

The BEST pizza, even the gluten-free that doesn't taste (or have the texture) of gluten-free.

Not a fancy place but definitely recommended for the pizza, including the gluten free. The pizza is good enough that I haven't tried anything else, so can't comment on the rest of the menu. When we lived closer, this used to be a regular for us.

Visited on a busy Saturday with three friends I had not seen for a long time. Everyone was pleased with their food. I ordered the salmon salad, it was gluten free, tasty but similar to most other good salmon salads. The greens were crisp and fresh, the lemon dressing I choose was nice, and the salmon was cooked nicely, crisp outside and still moist and delicious inside. The young server was awesome and did not rush us as she provided excellent service.

Ive lived in Castle Rock a few years now, and me and my family have been looking for a good diner, and we finally found it. The food was absolutely wonderful, I had the Colorado cheese steak and it blew me away! Being celiac, gluten free options are an absolute must, and I was very pleased with the gluten free flatbread substituted. The waitress was also very attentive and the atmosphere was fun and very classic diner-y Hopefully my family and I will be able to come back many more times in the future!

Best baked beans!!! Love the burgers too, especially since they have gluten free buns! And best part - that I can order to be delivered if I'm working late!
