Delicious food and drinks! Also, I am celiac and feel so safe eating at Lucha! I communicate with my server or make a note when I order online, and have not had an issue!
Many pizzas to choose from. Old enviroment from the 20's gives it a unique atmosphere. Good service, gluten free options , dessert and drinks. Don't sit in from of the door if it's wintertime.
What a cozy and welcoming atmosphere! The food is fresh and delicious, with friendly, fast and efficient servers.
If you have dietary issues, let your server know, as they do have a gluten free menu.
This was a fantastic experience and one you will absolutely want to check out!
Was a beautiful kitchen and unique place. The food and menu items were a bit pricey for our budget, but the food is locally sourced, and the menu is new every week. Overall, it was a good experience! Food is a bit different, not the usual restaurant items, but the flavors were all good! There were a lot of vegan/ gluten-free options as well this week. Our favorite was the popcorn shrimp tacos! You can tell everything was fresh made. Drinks were small for price. For two people with one appetizer, one desert, 2 drinks (alcoholic), and 2 entrees, it was 91 dollars. I did still enjoy the evening, and it was a cool experience. I would be open to coming again
Second visit and I love their sandwiches. Also love that I can get gluten free bread, not an allergy just a preference. The meats and veggies are really fresh, the service is very nice. Great stop for a fresh deli sandwich. Nicely packaged as a to go order also!
We had an amazing Father's Day BBQ experience today. We especially appreciated our fantastic and knowledgeable server Clayton who did a superb job navigating our requests and our food sensitivities ( great options for gluten-free). Very satisfied given I am a big saucy BBQ connoisseur- loved the ribs, wings, and brisket especially
First time eating here after passing it probably 1000 times. Really tasty food. Love that they have gluten free options. Had a gluten wrap with potato wedges. My only dislike was the potatoes needed more salt but luckily there was a shaker on the table :p
Great food. Decent prices and our waitress was amazing. Walked past several times, not intruding, but also eying the table to make sure we didn't need anything. And the food was sooo good. Gluten free buns, pizza and pasta.
I cannot emphasize enough how perfect our experience was. Our daughter has celiac and Jimmy went out of his way to make sure her meal was safe AND delicious for her!
My husband and I have been here 1/2 dozen times and Every time we are very happy w/the service, food and drinks!
You will Not be disappointed w/a visit to Stone Eagle!
Really impressed with how great the food is for a brewery. My wife has celiac disease and their menu had plenty of gluten free options. Of course the drinks were good too!
Great service with even better food! Our waitress Grace was amazing at her job, knew the menu very well. Made it a point to make sure my girlfriend who is gluten-free got exactly what she wanted and needed. The portion sizes are massive and the food is great! Would recommend to anyone and we will absolutely be back!
Gluten Free experience was good, but kind of bland as they do not add salt to the fries as the seasoning blend has gluten for some reason. The beef was okay, maybe better than Arby's, but no where near as good as Lion's Choice. Thankful for the gluten free options, just wish they were more plentiful.
We went to Tavern on Clark for the 1st time tonight. The food was excellent! My girlfriend has a gluten allergy, and the waitstaff was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding that, which does not seem to be the case in most restaurants in the area. The waitstaff were totally on point, not missing a beat, regarding our entire dining experience. They have a good variety of selections to choose from, which can be from reasonably priced to higher end choices. All in all, we were totally satisfied and would highly recommend this as a spot to go to.
Awesome pizza! And lots of options. Our family LOVED the gluten-free vegan and the cauliflower crust pizzas. It’s great to see more restaurants offering these options.
This place has been fabulous the last 3 times I went (Cafe & grill side). They accommodated my gluten allergy, which was fantastic! I've enjoyed everything I've had so far here.
Possibly one of my favorite rockford restaurants. The service was excellent. They had a qr code menu which is not my favorite but they gave a paper menu when i asked, and they were very helpful in making up a mocktail when my friend couldn't drink alcoholic beverages but thought they looked nice. The appetizers were good and I had the best chicken meal I've had in a restaurant. My friend really enjoyed their pasta as well, I think it's their favorite. The menu also conveniently labels things based on whether they're vegetarian , gluten free, dairy free, etc, if you have dietary restrictions
They need to be educated on their gluten free procedure. Proceed with caution and make sure you spell out exactly what you need. The cashier was awesome in fixing the issue. The food prepper was rude and made fun of me.
Always a place for a great lunch in a relaxing atmosphere by the fireplaces. The food is delish. Being celiac, they have gluten-free options. I have never had any issues.
It's really the service and atmosphere for me. Love the gardens and being able to breathe in the sights and air. Enjoy that during the right season there's indoor and outdoor seating. The food has some great hits like the sliders, burgers, salmon tacos, and most of the breakfast items. I wasn't a fan of the lobster roll or the crab cake sandwich. They also have some gluten free options and fresh squeezed juice. It's a great option for romance, brunch, or just a fancier friendly lunch. It fits all those requirements. Make sure to check out the gardens which is separate and costs about $24 dollars a ticket.
I haven't been here since 2021, but I was so glad I stopped in today. Of course, the menus have changed again, which is fine by me. They've actually brought back the $2,4,6, 8, and now 10 menu, and even though I have to eat gluten-free, I was able to find something on the menu for me! The service was as I expected it to be because my server was the little guy that's been there for many years! He's always polite, quick, and full of cheer! My meal was only $5.99 because he suggested it, which could have easily been twice as much , $11.99, under the build your own section, so of course I left him a 25% tip anyways I've given up on restaurants in this area but THANKS DENNYS FOR CONTINUING TO SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS BY KEEPING YOUR ESTABLISHMENT A CLEAN, WARM, FRIENDLY, AND MOST OF ALL AFFORDABLE 🥰💝🥰
Fun place. Had live music. Sat outside. Food was yummy. I had the Caribbean Shrimp tacos. My friend had a delicious pizza. They had lots of gluten free options too.
