I am celiac and it was a wonderful experience! Our server Valerie was so knowledgeable and sweet! They have so many gluten free and vegan options! I was very impressed! The food was absolutely amazing!! I got the chicken skewers and the fries. I can't wait to try all of the other gluten free options! I found my new favorite restaurant!
When you want to feel fancy, eat fancy, and just be fancy...for breakfast!
This is the place!!
I think my kids love it more than me. The Funky Monkey! It's not for the faint of heart...but for sure do it once!
Pro tip; get a mimosa while waiting for your table!! They use top shelf everything!! Amazing atmosphere; matched with amazing food!
6/5 stars recommended!
Of and yes! Gluten free, vegan options, and for all the Ron Swansons!!! The "meat and cheese" omelet! Just order 1-2-3 meat and sit back and wait!! It's amazing!
We were traveling to the Springfield airport to head home from our vacation in Branson. We decided to grab
some lunch and came to this restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by everything at this restaurant. The atmosphere, service and especially the food was superb. The burgers and fries were excellent and we also enjoyed all the different sauces that came with the fries. Our waitress was really sweet and accommodating. I forgot to order a gluten free bun and she brought me one grilled. What a nice touch! I would definitely recommend this place. Better lunch than any place in Branson.
Traveling through Springfield - an app for those with celiac led us here. This was one of my favorite meals on our trip! Great atmosphere and service - the sage & mushroom soup was delicious as well as the cod which was wonderful (and I don't love fish!) My kids had gluten free meals which were also delicious! I'd definitely come back here anytime we're in the area! It was a great meal!
Yum! Best Italian food in Springfield! The Ziti is my favorite. The meat is so tender and it's a delicious dish. They have a gluten-free bread option, gluten-free pizza, and gluten-free pasta. It's a safe environment for those of us with gluten issues. It's also vegetarian friendly.
We came here because we saw in a Facebook group that there were options for Alpha Gal. My husband was thrilled to have his first pizza in months after being diagnosed. My son has a gluten allergy as well so pizza has been out of the question for us. My son loved his cauliflower crust pizza. I had the Greek pizza which was fantastic. The beer selection was great and our server was very knowledgeable about food allergies which helped a lot. We will be back for sure!
I got their Hula-Hula with gluten free crust. Their toppings were fresh and the flavor was great. Their gluten free crust was so good. I heated my left overs up the next day in the over and the gluten free crust came out just as the the next day as the day I ordered it. The staff is super friendly. If you haven’t eaten hear yet do!
Absolutely phenomenal food! Server was very helpful and accommodating. Had the carne asada hash and raspberry ricotta french toast on Gluten Free bread. Both are seasonal items. Also indulged in the Blue Booster Juice. Good Gluten free options here . We waited maybe 15 -20 minutes for a table.
If you are gluten-free, especially if you react badly, check your order. Out of 3 times, I've gotten a wheat bun, even when I stressed gf. Tonite, the team lead was really huffy (literally huffed) when I brought my hamburger back and asked him to fix it.
The prices are a little high, but their gluten free bread is awesome! Service at this store really depends on how busy they are 🤷🏼♀️. The food is always good though.
A few good gluten free options. Ordered the ceaser salad with blackened chicken and thought it was really good ! Staff was friendly, overall a good time
Outstanding! Gluten-free, dairy, free, celiac friendly! Extremely tasty! Excellent customer service! Very knowledgeable. Can’t say enough good things about this place! First time customer just moved to the area.
Our server Aiyana was amazing! She was able to answer all of our questions, including helping us with the gluten free options. She was kind and quick. Also, the food was incredible! Something for everyone, and extremely tasty! This is for sure a hidden gem!
I'm happy with this place because they have gluten-free buns! It's hard to find burger places that have that. So, if you are gluten-free and craving a burger, go here. And their fudge sundae, oh my yum!
One of my favorite restaurants with so much to choose from in the menu. They can make several (most) of their dishes gluten free. ;) we can’t wait to go back.
My family and I really enjoyed the vibes! We were grateful for the gluten free options as it’s not always easy to find yummy things when you have to be restrictive. The food was fresh and fun! Overall I think it’s a great casual dining option for Springfield.
This place is so good. The food is so good. The gluten free options make it great for everyone in my family. If you are looking for good food at a great price this is the place.
This was our first time going here, my wife is gluten free and they had a large GF menu and seemed to care about GF needs. The food was awesome, I had chicken fried steak with Parm fries and Mac and cheese and it was fantastic! The mac and cheese was probably the best restaurant mac and cheese I've had! The adult beverages were also fantastic! What a cool place to have a date night or a friend's night out! Highly recommend!!
My husband and I really enjoyed our New Years Eve meal at Fire & Ice. This was our first time eating there. I am a picky eater and it is hard to get steak well done that isn't jerky like. Chef Phil knocked it out of the park! My husband got the prime rib and said it was amazing. We decided to go there last night to give it another try and was equally impressed. What a hidden gem! I do not eat gluten and Chef Phil suggested a substitution. I am very pleased with finding this delightful restaurant.
Outstanding service! Also, most items are gluten-free or gluten-friendly, which is important for my wife. These guys work hard to please, and that's a homerun! I'm all about the brisket, which wasn't as good today as usual... the meat wasn't hot and it was tough. Otherwise, outstanding.
We had a lovely afternoon on their patio. The beer selection is excellent and the food was good. Everyone in our small group was pleased, they even had options for our vegetarian and gluten-free needs.
Our waitress, Erica, at Big Whiskeys in Springfield MO on Battlefield was excellent! Best wait staff I've had in a very long time. She was very attentive and sweet. Knew about gluten-free and offered before we even asked! Food (fish and chips, dinner salads, ceasar salad with grilled chicken) was very good.
We have two people in our group with food allergies (gluten, pork and dairy the worst of them). Usually you do not have to request server to change out spoons and to take isolated food from new containers from the kitchen. Nerves were frayed having food prepared from serving line. No illnesses took place but not a positive experience.
Worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Was there for a graduation dinner with my family of 11 last Thursday night. Granted, it was late, but according to the other reviews, our experience is common regardless of the time.
We got there at 9:30 and were told they’re only accepting online orders (they close at 11). We thought maybe they were short staffed? So we ordered online. My parents and I each got 3 tacos and we also ordered two bags of chips and guacamole. While we waited, my sister in law tried to use the restroom, but someone had taken up residence, so anyone in our crew who had to “go” went across the street to use the Walgreens bathroom. The store itself was very dirty and disheveled. No napkins and no forks. When I asked if they had forks, they said they were out… Why a fork, you ask? Well, when our food came out (with flour tortillas instead of corn tortillas - I can’t have gluten; “they were out”), my three tacos were SMOTHERED in a very large pile of guacamole. You couldn’t even tell they were tacos and they were complete soggy. They tasted rough. Also…. We got two sides of guac, but no chips. Because… they were out (reviews tell me this is a theme here - apparently corporate doesn’t want a successful store in Springfield cause they’re always out of food). They sure charged us for them though. When my dad asked for a refund, they said they couldn’t do anything about it and to call the hotline in the morning. My dad then asked for the number and the employee said “I don’t know it - you’ll have to look it up.” 😑 The rice in my tacos was hard (also common?). There wasn’t a single order that was correct at our table. And the last order that came out, came with a bag of chips….
I really like Chipotle. If I lived in Springfield, I would never eat Chipotle.
