Awesome!! Just go here. You won’t be disappointed. My wife who has a gluten allergy raved about the bun - fluffy and didn’t fall apart. And my picky eater daughter enjoyed her meal as well. We will be back!
Myself and a family member went for his birthday. Our server Tracey is phenomenal. The food is great. They offered us a gluten-free menu which has a bunch of items on it. We even received a free Sundae for his birthday 🎈🎂🥳 10 out of 10. Loved it!
Very disappointed in this establishment! I came in to enjoy lunch with my family while visiting the island. I have celiac and I made it very clear to them how serious my condition is when it comes to gluten. They offered me a gluten-free menu but did not take it serious. They acted as if my request were inconvenient to them. When my food arrived. It was messed up and there was gluten on my plate. Instead of getting brisket, I was served fried chicken strips. When reporting it to the manager, they did not seem to be bothered at all.
Booze so impressive. Food - frustrated and dissatisfied. I’ll preface with I can not have gluten, I do not eat beef, and I loathe a dry sandwich or burger. So, I asked if I could do a bacon jam burger which is on gf menu with the veggie patties. 2 patties 2 cheeses, bbq sauce, bacon jam, onion, tomato and lettuce supposedly on it. I asked if it was doable, and offered to pay more. They sent me one pattie, veggie burger, I sent it back asked for what I originally ordered. Got a veggie burger with Jam and I *think*their sauce. Took awhile, was *still* somehow dry - see photo. I’d love to know why lettuce and tomato removed? Those shouldn’t contain gluten. Manager came out and said things on gf menu shouldn’t be and only one media person. If bbq sauce isn’t gf there’s several items on gf menu with it that shouldn’t be on there. They took care of my burger amount. Only gave 3*s due to tasting guide and speakeasy drink options, otherwise would be lower. Celiacs eat here with caution.
After a full day at Dollywood, my family and I stopped in late last night — and we were blown away! The service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely divine. The gluten-free options were fantastic, and our waitress was incredibly kind and attentive. She even brought the manager over to ensure everything was perfect with our gluten-free selections. I highly recommend dining here — it was truly a wonderful experience!
Richie G was our waiter and he was fantastic. My friend has a gluten allergy and he took it very serious and helped the best he could. The food was delicious, the bathrooms were clean, and Richie G kept the refills and fun coming!
Went here tonight with my Dad. It was one of my first times going out to eat after finding out my daughter is celiac. The management was SO patient (did not seem annoyed at all) and was willing to explain how they handle the food.
Everybody at our table kept talking about how fresh the food tasted. (The vegetables were so crisp!) My Dad also said that he has the best steak of his entire life. (He has literally been to and eaten steak in 48 different states.)
We would definitely go back.
Server was very knowledgable about celiac and gf. Ordered arroz con pollo, without the chips. Server said they did not have dedicated fryer so no chips for me. Food was delicious!
Pizza was great! It was a little slow getting our food considering the dining room was empty. My wife (celiac) got the gluten free pizza and said it tasted great and she didn’t have any problems from eating it.
The Five Guys in Sevierville, TN dosed my husband with gluten after being told he has a gluten allergy, twice. Their large fry is (maybe) the size of a Five Guy airport small fry. That is being generous.
We just got into Pigeon Forge and were looking for a dog-friendly place to dine. This place came up as a suggested venue. We gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. While we did have to eat on basic picnic benches out front of the restaurant, the service was quick, and friendly. The food was very good! They even have gluten free options.
When its a small shack packed with people you know its going to be good. Sweet tea with enough sugar to give you a cavity 10/10. Their specialty bbq sauce does have gluten in it from soy sauce so GF people be aware!
The pizza is so so good! The garlic knots were pillowy soft and HUGE - my husband & I were able to split one. They also offer gluten free pizza which is what brought us in in the first place. Our daughter has celiacs & they seemed very knowledgeable about preparing her pizza safely. Thanks for a great experience!
Wife has a gluten allergy. Head chef came out and asked about her needs for her diet. Specially prepared her food with no cross contamination. Excellent service and a whole arcade for the kids. Fun family place with good food and top notch service
My son and I split the gluten free schnitzel with brussels and potato salad. My husband got the regular schnitzel with potato pancake and spatzel. We both absolutely loved our meals, felt it was authentic and were so grateful for a safe gluten free option.
We will definitely be back when we are visiting. Thank you for the great service!
Good food, good service. Eggs were perfect; bacon nice and crispy. Even some gluten friendly options which are awfully hard to come by around here. Could use a few more, and nondairy milk option for us real hipsters. Would definitely eat here again.
We came in for a late snack because there were so many gluten-free choices. We weren't disappointed! The food was delicious and the decor was great! The pork belly was spicy, but something I could eat every day. The absolute star, though, was the salsa verde. I love salsa verde, but there are lots of places that don't make it good. Paloma, though? They just get it. I would love to come here now whenever we're in town.
We had an Amazing lunch outside by the pond of Quiche and Salads. Our waiter was great. He took wonderful care of us, ensuring we had all we needed, especially since my sister needed gluten-free. Everything tasted really good. It's definitely a must try for a calm, enjoyable lunch
** Allergy review**
I was initially hesitant to eat at this Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen due to several negative reviews by others with allergies concerning their handling of gluten-free food. However, having had great experiences at Cheddar’s locations in Florida and Kentucky, I decided to call ahead and speak with the manager.
Michelle, the manager, was incredibly helpful and thorough. She reassured me about their practices, including a dedicated gluten-free fryer for French fries and a gluten-sensitive menu. She walked me through all the ingredients and their cross-contact prevention measures—without me even having to ask—which gave me confidence in their commitment to food safety.
I have multiple allergies (gluten, nuts, coconut, honey, mushrooms, and cheese), and both Michelle and my server, Samantha, took great care to ensure my meal was safe. I ordered the ribeye with French fries and garlic broccoli, and it was absolutely delicious!
This location exceeded my expectations, and if I lived locally, I would definitely be dining here again. If you have food allergies or gluten sensitivity, I highly recommend calling ahead and speaking with the manager, as they are more than willing to accommodate dietary needs.
