We’ve had the pleasure of dining at Nourishmoi twice now, and both experiences have been absolutely wonderful. Our first visit was at the end of March to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The plant-based dishes were delicious, the cocktails were creative and refreshing, and the owners, John and Rita, were incredibly warm and attentive. They even surprised my wife with a special birthday dessert, which made the evening feel extra memorable.
We returned recently with a group to celebrate another birthday, and once again, the food and service exceeded expectations. We tried the Beirut Bowl, Thai Peanut Bowl, Black bean tortilla soup, the 3 Amigos, Grilled Cheeze, and the Pineapple Caipirinha - everything was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully prepared.
A special shoutout to the team for accommodating a guest in our group with celiac disease. She was thrilled with the number of gluten-free options, and the kitchen took great care to ensure her meal was completely safe.
Nourishmoi continues to impress with its food, hospitality, and commitment to its guests. We’ll definitely be back soon to check out the brunch. Highly recommend!

We love coming to the Stacked in Welland! It’s always super busy which shows how excellent they are. We find the online waitlist super handy since we live close.
Larissa is always super smiley and attentive. Filling our waters and coffees without having to be asked. Food portions are large and quality is always good. They also have plenty of gluten free options which is great for my partner!
We like to come Monday-Thursday before 9am to take advantage of their breakfast deals but we also love the lunches!
