We had breakfast there twice while staying at the hotel. The service is excellent and the Eggs Benedict was amazing. The use polenta instead of bread and proscuitto instead of the more traditional Canadian bacon. I would like to go back and try dinner here as the ambiance is really cool. Big windows facing the street. I am Celiac and they have lots of Gluten Free options in addition to a dedicated GF prep space. They take it very seriously and I was safe here. The bar area is really cool on the corner of the building.

This place was a gem under the previous owners. It had been about a year since I last visited and as soon as I walked in, it felt different. Despite only one table with patrons , almost all the other tables were dirty. There was a very loud vent fan (~70dB) running that made it uncomfortable to be around. We had asked for gluten-free pasta and we’re told that it takes 18 minutes to cook and they’re only open for another 30 minutes. We ordered vodka penne pasta with sausage, shells & sauce, a had a Pelegrino to drink - it was $55. The pasta was a little overcooked thoguh the sauces had good flavor. Sausage was small and clearly had been previously cooked and reheated. It was very tough to cut through and chew. The bread was terrible, slightly stale and looked like Wonder bread shaped in a baguette loaf. The staff was very friendly, though never checked on us after our food was delivered to the table.
I get that it’s tough to run a restaurant these days, rent is probably expensive there, but the old restaurant seemed to work really well. They had family recipe lasagna that was delicious and some of the best meatballs I’ve tasted. I wouldn’t even have written a review and would’ve just chalked it up to another now mediocre restaurant if it wasn’t so expensive and a bad value.
Chill Italian spot with a vibrant outdoor patio, fresh ingredients, and consistently great dishes keeps everyone coming back for more.

Generally very good food and service. I marked down a star because my companion, who is Celiac, was served a dish with a gluten contaminated garnish (which she caught before eating). Human error, but quite serious, nonetheless. Manager did take accountability and apologize.

The seafood was excellent! The PEI mussels tasted super fresh. The alcohol-free wine was great too. We had a wonderful evening. Not bad for a gluten-free Italian meal! The staff are very accommodating and welcoming.
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with delicious choices and plenty of cocktail options to elevate your dining experience.

I had a very disappointing experience here. My friend and I came for restaurant week. I called ahead and asked if they could accommodate a gluten allergy in their restaurant week menu which they said yes of course. When we got there and were ordering, I was informed that they could not substitute gf past or bread for any of the menu items so we could not participate in restaurant week which is the whole reason we went there. When we ordered off the regular menu, they would not substitute proteins so I again, couldn’t order the dish I wanted. Their pizza was tasty but everything else was bland and very mediocre. For a $30+ entree, you should be able to get the meal you want. This place is not worth the money and we will not be going back.
