Maybe they are specialists in gluten-free food but the normal pizza was inedible... raw in the center with a Neapolitan edge but raw even if I asked to have it made without an edge... but it couldn't be done... (while other pizzerias did it ) so I deduce that it was frozen and pre-cooked.....

Simply the 🔝! Beautiful place, well looked after and welcoming, very kind, helpful and attentive staff, in particular we thank Lorenzo for the excellent advice he gave us and the brilliant illustration of their menu, the difficulty was just what to choose because they only had so many very tempting proposals! On Friday evening we also found the "Big Brain" game, we had a lot of fun. Also equipped for gluten-free! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED definitely 🦾👏🏻💝

For three summers (since my daughter's diagnosis) when we are on holiday I have come to get supplies (in the true sense of the word) from Signorile. A magical place for celiacs, top fresh products and super competitive prices for us who are from Bolzano it is an oasis in the desert given that here the fresh product does not only exist packaged or frozen. If it could be transported to us too, it would make a splash. Keep up the good work Erika

All very good! Homemade cuisine, generous portions and modest prices. Even for gluten-free there is a wide choice, even in these cases they offer a homemade and quality menu. The cuts are absolutely worth trying. Alas, the place is a little too small and always full. Booking well in advance is recommended
