One of the best gluten-free pizzas I ate in Pistoia. If they expanded the vegan selection of dishes and pizzas, which is currently very few, it would be perfect.
Found by chance, looking for gluten-free pizza in Montecatini. From the outside it seems like a very "cool and expensive" place... instead it is a nice place, run by young and willing guys, that makes good dishes at honest prices.
The gluten-free pizza was really good! (Also the one with:)
Excellent tomato.
ONLY IMPORTANT ADVICE... MARK CLEARLY WITH A WRITING ON THE CARTONS OR WITH DIFFERENT COLORED PLATES WHEN THE PIZZA IS GLUTEN-FREE TO AVOID UNPLEASANT MISTAKES.
Worth a visit.
Thanks!
Great place! Dining room filled with Italians, no tourists with the exception of us. Great local food. One of the best gluten free pizzas my wife ever had. For appetisers, main courses and deserts there are also many gluten free options. Very friendly staff. Lovely outside area and terrace next to a little stream. Very much worth the beautiful drive up the hill. Would highly recommend.
An environment much appreciated for the variety of gluten-free products. Among other things, which is even rarer, payment can be made via the health card. Top
Very good and tasty gluten-free pizza and above all easily digestible.
A place that could perhaps be modernized a little, but that is also its strength at the same time
Beautiful place, we were struck by the goodness of the paella: truly exceptional and plentiful!
We will be back soon!
Note: almost all dishes can also be made gluten-free!
Everything super good and appetizing! I was initially a little reluctant to talk about 'fried'... but instead I had to change my mind because the TASCA wasn't oily at all, it even looked like it was made in the oven even though it wasn't! We took the Combo menu so we also ate the churros which were devastating! All strictly GLUTEN FREE, welcoming and friendly owner. We will definitely be back!
Everything is very good, from the stuffed and non-gluten-free pastas to the staff, but the boy sitting outside the front door waiting for some change, who kicks his feet, scaccolates himself and has a washed armpit for Christmas 2011 is not a great ticket from visit
I've been there a couple of times for work, for dinners with the guys I worked for. And the last time for pleasure with a group of friends. Lots of choice, even pizza for celiacs. The burgers are wonderful but I should try them. The tiramisu is not so good, their cakes are better!
For gluten-free you have to book at least the day before....are you kidding?...please don't pass yourself off as a gluten-free place, it's not correct. A place that professes to be such must always be ready to please customers.
Helpful and kind staff, especially in my case having a sensitivity to gluten and lactose, they offered me valid and very good alternatives. I highly recommend
Not very large but pleasant place with large outdoor space a stone's throw from Pistoia cathedral. Fantastic cuisine for celiacs. Good selection of wines. We went for an aperitif and everything was good from the platters to the desserts.

The food is very good. The pizza is authentic but still well cooked everywhere without being burned. The ingredients are spectacular. The place is AIC certified for gluten-free.
The staff is very kind and the wait for the pizza is not long. There are also online reservation options
Having only tried the pizza I cannot express an opinion on the other products even if they have various options between appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts.
Nice location, friendly service and fair prices. The food is really good and nicely arranged. The portions are not large, but of really good quality. Also offers gluten free. Speaks good English and really good wifi.
I would recommend this place to you.
Absolutely great food and service. We highly recommend this Tuscany experience.
Also worth to mention the menu gives a rich options of gluten free foods, we totally recommend this place!
I highly recommend this ice cream shop for celiacs (all gluten-free) and non-celiacs.
One of the best ice creams I've eaten lately. The girl who served us was very nice. We'll be back soon!
