Everything can be done online...except the consumption itself! Nevertheless, there is very friendly and helpful staff present, who serve the Cordon Bleus, which is very originally prepared on a wooden board. There are a variety of different variations (even vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free cordon bleu are available!!). The Cordon Bleus are very delicate and are served with fries or a large mixed fresh salad! The prices correspond to the price level of Adelboden. It's worth a visit!!
There's nothing wrong with it. Everything is very clean! Apart from the fact that the ambience was a bit too cool for my taste, I think it's a bit of a shame. But that's a matter of taste!
And something else; Dogs are welcome.

The restaurant advertises that it also offers gluten-free options, including gluten-free cordon bleu and schnitzel, which is generally very positive for people with celiac disease. From the very beginning of our visit, we emphasized several times that this was a medically necessary gluten-free diet and that special care should be taken.
Nevertheless, we were served dishes or components that contained gluten three times – including a salad with breadcrumbs, which shattered our confidence right from the start. Even though the staff was friendly, these repeated errors left us with a constant feeling of uncertainty as to whether there might be hidden gluten somewhere.
Especially when dining out for celiac disease, trust in the kitchen is crucial – unfortunately, this was not the case here. Given the high price, we had hoped for significantly more safety and professionalism. In our case, the experience was therefore unfortunately very stressful and disappointing.

My friend and I split the antipasta appetizer which they provided with the crostini on the side for her. I had the perch fillet salad as my entree and it was delicious. They brought me gluten free bread. They have gluten free pasta options. They did not rush us at all and asked us if we wanted a break in between our appetizer and entrees. We also enjoyed the cocktails. I highly recommend.
