Another great place to eat in Aruba. Tables right on the beach create an awesome atmosphere. Watch the sunset with your feet in the sand as you eat a fabulous dinner. The food is amazing and the service is top notch. My wife has food intolerances (gluten, corn, soy) and they accommodated her with ease. Highly recommend the Snapper Old Amsterdam. It was delicious. Save room for the Snicker Cheesecake. Rod, our server, was fantastic and does an excellent job taking sunset pictures. Highly recommend.

One of two places we ate where the tables are on the beach....with some actually in the water. Great atmosphere with beautiful scenery. The food was incredible. Had the red snapper and the size of the filet was huge. Great service and they were very accommodating to my wife's food intolerances (gluten, soy, and corn). Both of us thoroughly enjoyed the food and the experience. Our server, Edward, took very good care of us. Highly recommend this place for dinner. One note: If you're following Waze to get there, it stops you a couple hundred yards short of the restaurant.

Owner gave us a Trinidad Street Snack. It was made with chick peas, sauce, interesting bread. Was spicy and very flavorful. They loved it. My gluten-free curry was amazing! Attention people: you are being betrayed here and the owner doesn't care about it at all!
We went there to grab a pizza and were delighted to see their vegan menu. But then we discovered that the gluten-free crust that was used for the vegan pizza (why would you do that in the first place?!) contains gelatin! So in fact their proclaimed vegan pizza is not vegan at all!
When we talked to the owner about this she just shrugged her shoulders and told us she didn't care.
Who knows where else they are betraying their customers?

$1 TACOS ON TUESDAYS (two taco options)! What a deal! Any other day of the week, it's more like $11 for two. We had the guacamole appetizer, nachos, and tacos at our table. All were good. First & foremost our server BEN was incredible—very attentive & friendly and greatly contributed to our truly unforgettable meal. The ambience speaks for itself—toes in the sand watching the sunset while you are served an incredible meal…what else can one say? And finally the meal itself…everything from the gluten free bread with specialty butter to the braised octopus & seafood chowder to the shrimp risotto and fantastic wine….was served perfectly!! Patience is required but the food comes out hot & perfectly cooked. What more could one ask for on a beach vacation?! Five stars for this Aruba gem, thank you Ben!!
