GRÃO FINO * ITAIM BIBI/SP
Grão Fino, a mix of "restaurant and bakery", is a true refuge for those seeking healthy, tasty food and those with dietary restrictions in the heart of the city of São Paulo.
It stands out for being one of the pioneering establishments in offering gluten-free and lactose-free products in the city, which makes it a paradise for celiacs, lactose intolerants and those following specific diets.
Located in Itaim Bibi, Grão Fino surprises with its charming and welcoming atmosphere. Although it is a bakery, it also operates as a café and small restaurant, with different spaces.
There is a counter with benches at the entrance, tables inside and a delightful winter garden in the back, which is pet-friendly. This space is ideal for work meetings, get-togethers with friends and to enjoy a quiet moment with your pet.
The great difference of the place is its elaborate and diverse menu, which proves that functional food can be incredibly tasty. Everything is prepared with fresh, preferably seasonal ingredients, and the restaurant values gluten-free, lactose-free and preservative-free recipes, with several vegan and low-carb options.
Products such as breads, jams, functional pastas, peanut butters, vegan cheeses and granolas can be found at the restaurant.
Grão Fino offers a complete gastronomic experience that pleases all palates, even with dietary restrictions. In fact, it is highly recommended for those seeking a healthy and conscious diet, without sacrificing flavor and variety.
@conceito_deluxo was invited, I had lunch at the restaurant, I really liked it and I recommend it!

The place is not gluten-free. The gluten-free options are not for celiacs. The information is wrong and makes anyone looking for something for celiacs waste time and money.
Terrible service. I gave up and left.
I went there last Monday, June 30th, with my boyfriend, and honestly, it was the last straw. I always went to the restaurant because of the gluten-free options, but the service, which was already bad, keeps getting worse.
The waitresses are always unfriendly, without a smile on their faces, with an unfriendly expression, as if they were doing me a favor by serving me. In addition, their slovenliness in their appearance draws attention: messy hair, unkempt clothes, an expression of someone who seems to not want to be there.
This time, I wasn't even served. I went in with my umbrella (dry, by the way, since it was just drizzling), stood in front of the counter and the waitress, a short girl, who I've seen working there for a long time, just looked me up and down, paying more attention to the umbrella than to me. She didn't even say "good afternoon", didn't ask if I needed help, absolutely nothing.
I felt so bad about that cold reception and those dirty looks that I gave up on eating anything and left. And the most unbelievable thing: she saw us leaving and didn't even ask if there was a problem or if I needed anything.
It's sad, because it was the only place in Santos where I could find some gluten-free options, but I'm not going to spend my money in a place where I'm not treated well. On top of everything, the waitresses don't even have badges or identification, which makes communication and direct feedback even more difficult.
I work in employee training and development and I think it's unacceptable for a company to allow this type of service to happen. Either the company provides adequate training for these waitresses or, if there's no improvement, the right thing to do would be to replace them. Customer service is the calling card of any business and, in this case, it's terrible.
Unfortunately, as long as these people remain in the service, my boyfriend and I won't be going back. Never again.
I was there today and loved the menu, the number of options and the service! I went with my boyfriend who is celiac, I am not and even so it did not disappoint in any way, the pizza was well served and very tasty, the mini-churros were also very tasty.
I would like to highlight the great service of the attendant who works at the checkout and also when delivering the dishes, unfortunately I do not know her name, but we went in the evening and she was there.
The atmosphere is calm and clean, it is suitable for all types of groups from friends, couples and large families.
Success!
The place is lovely. There are a variety of delicious options for those with gluten and lactose restrictions. We bought several products from the shop, including French bread and frozen cheese bread. At the café in the outdoor area, we tried the grilled bread and the cheese bread, which didn't even taste like it didn't have cheese. I highly recommend it. Just be prepared to pay, because everything is salty.

My daughter and I are gluten sensitive and everything I buy from this bakery is a huge hit here at home!
I'm also a nutritionist and I recommend it to my patients with all my heart! Everyone loves it!
Dishes with quality ingredients and both the delivery and the restaurant have great service. They are ethical and kind. I always order the pizza with gluten-free dough.
I looked for a pleasant environment and food free of gluten, lactose, etc. And I found everything. I had a shrimp risotto which was excellent and a wonderful chocolate cake. I loved the decoration and one or two details that aren't perfect (as a review here says) just give the place more personality. My friends, who ate without restrictions, were also satisfied.
The service is attentive, just needs a little more adjustment.
I will definitely be back.
Terrible. It was a holiday, the store was very quiet, however, everything was bad, the fries arrived a little warm, the burgers were cold, tasteless, and we also had a problem with the gluten-free bread that must have been frozen and they didn't have the decency to heat it up properly. Oh, and by the way, they charged for everything and at 13%. Never again.
On my first visit, I received excellent service from an employee whose name I unfortunately don't remember. On my second visit, I had other employees and the service was mediocre, and I had to go to the counter to get the menu and place my order.
The place is very comfortable, despite being small, and beautiful.
The food is tasty and within the gluten-free price range. However, I missed more savory options (only cheese bread and chicken coxinha).

I was treated exceptionally well (I believe it was by the owner of the bakery), he introduced me to all the products because I have just started on this gluten and lactose free diet. I bought a brigadeiro honey bread and I'm already a fan!!!!!!!!!!! The TB brownie, delicious... the oat bread, he gave me tips on how to stock up and what to eat with! I'll be back every week with ctz! Lol Success to the Functional Bakery!
Today I went to Rice for the first time, and as a celiac, I must say it was a very good experience.
I got a dish on sale for 51.90. It came with risotto, fries, a steak and a lemonade.
The food was very tasty, and the portions were good.
BRÁZ never disappoints. Friendly staff, charming atmosphere, excellent pizzas. They even have a gluten-free option. Although the dough on these gluten-free options is a bit harder. The price to pay so that celiacs can continue to eat pizza. I recommend it.
The variety of options for those who don't eat meat and the signage on the menu is interesting. I ordered the one from the future with gluten-free bread and pineapple juice with lemongrass (divinoooo). I don't give it 5 stars because I've had tastier snacks for less money, but I thought it was a good experience, nice to be able to go with people who eat meat and everyone has options.
It's like being at home.
Amazing lemonades, and perfect flavors!! The best part: suitable for celiacs!!
The pepper is very spicy.
I needed a coriander garlic mayonnaise sauce, but it was really good.
The food is gluten-free and lactose-free, delicious! The presentation of the dishes is impeccable! I would especially like to thank and praise Dani for her service, who always welcomes us with great affection! Her service is excellent!

Of all the places that sell truly healthy food (gluten/dairy/sugar free) that I've been to, this is the one with the tastiest food, congratulations.
However, hummus would add a lot of value to the products.
I ate it there and took it home to eat, I ate it with hummus here and it was phenomenal.

WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE
I ordered a cheese salad with gluten-free bread + Coca Zero (as per the receipt in the image).
The Coke never arrived. Naturally, I requested a refund via Ifood.
To my surprise, instead of approving the refund, the attendant said that they had sent the Coke in another bag, and I said that another bag had not arrived. Then, the attendant started asking what the bag was next to in the photo I had sent (!!!!??????). I said it was my friend's order. The attendant asked for a PHOTO OF MY FRIEND'S ORDER. I couldn't send it in the chat, so I sent her the information about her order and told him to look there.
In the end, the attendant said that he would send 'both Cokes.' He said that he wanted a refund and that he had ordered one and not two.
He said that he couldn't send the refund anymore, and that he sent the Cokes 'because he made a mistake.'
Result: ifood approved the refund for the Coke, the attendant kept questioning me and finally admitted the mistake and sent me two NORMAL Cokes, LOL, when I had already finished the order LOL. Totally unprepared.
If I wanted to scam them, I wouldn't ask for a refund for just one Coke.
In addition, the gluten-free bread at the snack bar is HORRIBLE, inedible. Dry, falls apart, and ruins the taste of the order. The Amina brand bread at the supermarket costs 4 reais and is much better.
This snack bar is nothing but a disappointment, NEVER AGAIN.
Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience at 1900 Pompéia.
We always order gluten-free pizza and went to the restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. We ordered a drink and the pizzas. The drinks were served, but only later were we informed that the gluten-free dough had gone bad and was not available. They even asked if we could “make an exception” — an absurdity for someone with an intolerance.
We said that, in that case, we would have to leave. Even so, they charged us for the drinks and the service fee.

Many options to create your poke as you like and how hungry you are. Healthy food at an affordable price. The ingredients are always fresh and tasty.
There are gluten-free options for those with celiac disease.

The esfihas are disappointing, I ordered the ones with meat, chicken and cheese. The one with cheese doesn't taste like anything, and the other two only have a hint of filling; the one with meat only tasted like onion because if there were 3 small pieces of meat it was already too much. The dough is good, it could be a great meal if the filling was good. Anyway, I was really sad because gluten-free open esfihas are extremely hard to find, and the fact that it was bad because of the filling and not the dough (which would theoretically be the hardest thing to get right) is really ridiculous.

Horrible gluten-free pizza! Exorbitant price for an individual pizza with poor quality dough, the filling and appearance of the filling were great, but the dough tasted raw and looked like flavorless gum. I even had a stomach ache. Disappointing, for a 1900.

The place is very cozy, the food is excellent and the service is wonderful. Jean served us very well and was very friendly. I'm celiac and they prepared everything carefully.
Very nice place. The lighting is perfect, it has very good acoustic treatment. The wine list is good. The food was perfect. I tried Penne Al Carciofini, Pomodori Secchi and Rucola which is a pasta made without gluten and this dish does not contain lactose and I recommend it for celiac patients who want to eat good pasta safely.
The service is excellent. Very attentive waiters and maître d' with great knowledge of everything that is served. I come back and recommend it.
My first visit, I only have praise! Good food, attentive service (one of the people who was with us ordered gluten-free pasta, but the waiter noticed that the dish that came was normal and promptly warned and sent it back to the kitchen. The refill was very quick).
The atmosphere was pleasant, despite being full, we were able to talk without shouting.
I recommend it!

We decided to check out Botanikafe in São Paulo for brunch, given all the hype surrounding it. The place had a lively, chic vibe, but we had to join a Google Maps waiting list due to long lines (I suggest you do it too).
Service was okay; not great, not terrible. It was a bit slow considering the crowd. The food was fine, nicely presented but nothing extraordinary. The coffee, unfortunately, was a letdown.
We tried: classic scrambled eggs (3/5), fried eggs and pao de queijo (3/5), botanikafé bowl (5/5), matcha latte (2/5), filtered coffee (2/5), iced latte (4/5) and the vegan gluten free moon dessert (5/5).
Overall, Botanikafe is decent but didn’t meet our high expectations. Not worth the long wait, in my opinion.
