What was one of the best moments was seeing my daughters face when her gluten free pancake arrived looking just as good as normal food and tasting amazing. We ate at The Goldfinch for the first time today and it was fantastic. We went for lunch and had the calamari, mushroom tacos, and eggplant followed by tiramisu and the chocolate treasure desserts. Everything was delicious. The calamari was the best we’ve ever had! All of the dishes were great. The flavours were unique and interesting and so tasty. They have several options for people who have to be gluten or dairy free and those who are vegetarian. The service was attentive and the atmosphere was lovely. They also had great music playing. Ordered a salad with no croutons (gluten) arrived with croutons had to wait for a replacement by which time the entire table had finished their meals and I ate alone. Absolutely no apology at all. Coke was flat. Chips which have always been a favourite at joes garage were not pleasant at all. Will not be returning.
