Food was excellent. Tried arepa con choclo (my favorite!) and arepa con queso, patacon platter, picada, beef, chicken, and cheese empanadas, yucca fries, the fried potatoes, and the churrasco platter. The steak on the chrrasco platter was delicious and fantastically tender, and the cilantro sauce was very tasty. The staff was very helpful in clarifying which items were gluten free, which was practically all of it. Everything tasted incredible, my only regret was that my stomach was not big enough to accommodate everything on menu.

We came last night and sat at the bar and had the pleasure of meeting a great bartender Anthony! I think this might be my new favorite restaurant in Orlando! Gluten free pizza was amazing, one of the best I’ve ever eaten! Anthony made his version of cucumber mint margarita, absolutely delicious!! Can’t wait to come back here with my family for brunch or dinner!

Amazing experience. Gluten free arepas and their yuca pastel doesn’t have flour. I got the chicken salad one. It was pretty warm and tasty! Highly recommend! Shout out to Luisa for helping me make sure the food was gluten free and water temp was how I liked it. LOL.

The Bao Spot is my favorite food in all of Orlando. I crave it! I do wish they had more gluten free options so I could bring my daughter. She has celiac. But I didn't take any points off for that because everything is so incredibly delicious. I'm obsessed with the food from The Bao Spot. It's seriously so good. It's adorable, too which is a nice bonus.
