I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but the experience I had here was incredibly disappointing, and honestly, upsetting. As a military family, we’re used to businesses recognizing military dependent IDs, especially on a day like the 4th of July when we’re supposed to be celebrating the people and families who serve this country. Unfortunately, this business refused to accept a valid military dependent ID, which felt not only dismissive but downright unpatriotic given the occasion.
To make matters worse, when I asked about a gluten-free option or accommodation for celiac disease, which, for the record, is a federally recognized disability under the ADA, I was brushed off. Not only did they refuse a military discount for it, but their overall attitude made it clear that medical dietary needs weren’t a priority here. This is ableist and completely unacceptable.
In a time when inclusivity, accessibility, and respect for military families should be the standard, this place failed on all counts. I hope they seriously reevaluate their policies and attitudes moving forward. No one should have to feel excluded because of their health or the way they serve this country, especially on Independence Day!

Wow this place blew me away! There are SO MANY unique options on the menu. Gluten free options or for instance… cauliflower crust for the pizza. I loved the bruschetta pesto pasta and we got one of the white pizzas with rotisserie chicken and ham on it. Amazing! Not to mention the cozy vibes and friendly atmosphere is great! This place is hit or miss for me unfortunately. The last time I went it was horrible for food and service. I ordered a gluten free buffalo chicken pizza (a usual order for me) and they put half of a bottle of buffalo sauce on my pizza & was extremely burnt and brought it to my table laughing. Was there for 2 hours in total for a burger and pizza. I’m not sure if I would bring my family here again.

My family visited Mezzaluna this weekend to celebrate my sister's graduation. We were truly delighted by the fabulous meal and great service we were treated to! We opted for the prix fixe which did not disappoint.
