We found this place on the Find me Gluten Free app and saw all the positive reviews. The experience met the hype!!! They verbally told the cook and staff that the order was gluten free. They have a gluten free menu. The food was sooooo good! We’re originally from Texas so we do have strong opinions on good BBQ 😂. The people working were AMAZING!!!! They were so great to talk with and understood gluten free and just really nice people!! We are THRILLED we stopped and will make that our place every time we travel through, which is twice a year at minimum. YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE this place when passing through for sure! So thankful for all the reviews before ours.
Clean!! Easy parking! Great staff! Pretty easy off highway! Didn’t get sick! Great food! Don’t know what more you could want.

I was disappointed that they did not have gluten-free options, explicitly. HOWEVER, they really try to accommodate and were very knowledgeable about what they could and couldn't do. I had a ribeye, $40 with broccoli and sweet potatoe. It's was perfectly cooked, of high quality and absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend eating here. We sat at the bar, as is our M.O. The service was wonderful. No wait despite being very busy on a Tuesday night. And, let's face it. If you can fill you restaurant/bar on a Tuesday night. You got to be doing something right. This was my first experience at Dock 7. Our server Eve was so helpful in providing dining recommendations. The brisket was excellent and she kindly made a slight menu change in that I required a gluten free bun with my sliders. The atmosphere was cool and the personnel welcoming. I would recommend this restaurant and would most certainly return if I lived in Clarksville.
