I had the pollo con mole, with sweet potato fries and a chopped salad. I enjoyed the colorful, tiny-chopped salad with jicama. And the rotisserie-cooked chicken was delicious with a rich and flavorful mole that had just the right amount of kick. The fries were crisp and well-seasoned. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about gluten-free options, and the interior was well designed. A very nice lunch experience overall!
The gluten free options is what drew me to Sedona and I was very pleased! We were welcomed with authentic smiles and there was no wait. Our waiter Austin was amazing, very tentative and professional. The food and drinks were good as well with reasonable prices (happy hour). Definitely worth and will go back. Thanks for a pleasant experience and an atmosphere to unwind.
We just had an event for my cousin’s 50th birthday, and all 14 people at the table said it was an amazing experience. The food was fantastic for the omnivores, the vegetarians, and the gluten free, and the wine and whisky list was really special (and at a very reasonable price point). But our server, Miriam, made the night even more special. I cannot say strongly enough how impressed we were and how highly we recommend the restaurant. Bravo!!
We had the most wonderful evening! The food, service, and atmosphere were all above and beyond. The owner was there and stopped by all the tables to cha with the guests. She was lovely. I have celiac disease and the chef had already planned out substitutes for me for anything that included wheat. They take allergies/health issues very seriously which can be hard to come by. The food was absolutely incredible. I'm sad we do not live closer as I would visit here often if we did. So happy we were able to enjoy Tailor during our weekend in Nashville. We will make this a must on our next trip out there.
