I had the pollo con mole, with sweet potato fries and a chopped salad. I enjoyed the colorful, tiny-chopped salad with jicama. And the rotisserie-cooked chicken was delicious with a rich and flavorful mole that had just the right amount of kick. The fries were crisp and well-seasoned. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about gluten-free options, and the interior was well designed. A very nice lunch experience overall!

The food was fantastic. Our waitress was amazing and it was a great experience. Everyone in my party was gluten-free and we’re confident that we are well taken care of. The atmosphere was a bit loud and not exactly what I was expecting, but it was a great dinner.

I came here for a private dinner/wedding party and was extremely impressed both with the food & staff! I am gluten free but some of the dinner items for the party were not gluten free, so they made some special dishes for me or held sauces on the side. The staff checked with me at the beginning of the dinner and throughout to make sure my food was good and to always confirm which dishes I could eat. I greatly appreciate this level of care! My gluten eating boyfriend loved everything he tried too. We sat in the private room in the back and celebrated my best friends marriage!

Tailor is an exceptional dining experience in Nashville. Start to finish was expertly curated. We felt very well taken care of. The food was amazing. Every effort was made to accommodate and cater to our dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegetarian).

Has gluten free buns! And bottomless mimosas! I suggest making a reservation, at least for the weekends. Our server, Hailey, was great.
