This was such great pizza and pretty rare to find a thicker crust that’s gluten free! I’m a highly sensitive celiac and this place made me feel so safe and the servers were super knowledgeable about safe foods and cross contamination! We’ll definitely be back here. My gluten eating friends loved their pizzas as well!
Great omelettes, pancakes and waffles with gluten free options but please STOP serving expired sugar free syrup! Last time they gave me the expired bottle and the same thing happened today.. this time I told them it’s expired and they poured it into a cup and served it to me again… so I just used the regular syrup.
I do not recommend if you have celiac. the kids working the line are never careful enough and there are always loose noodles in the rest of the options
This is by far our favorite Thai restaurant. They have so many gluten free options. Their pineapple curry and Thai rice are by far our favorite. The portions are large and shareable.
My mom and I came here for the first time and we were both injured on knee scooters. We were greeted at the door and the doors opened and offered to sit wherever was comfortable. We have lots of allergies and they were very attentive to helping us have a great meal and great experience by even special making a pizza for us that my mom could eat. Gluten free pasta and pizza were both amazing. Will definitely be coming back here
Our server Zahira was delightful and provided excellent service with a smile. This restaurant was a great find for dinner during our road trip. The gluten-free Chocolate Thunder From Down Under was incredibly delicious and satisfying, a perfect way to end our meal.
Can't say enough about their fresh burgers and great fries. Love this place and their gluten friendly options. This place is a gem and doing burgers right. Kudos!
GREAT little joint ! It was so tasty ! Lots of yummy healthy and gluten free options and wonderful service! Found it neat that soft drinks are included in the meal price !
Don't walk, RUN to go check this place out. From the food to the ambiance to the customer service...literally phenomenal! We eat gluten free and they were so accommodating to our requests. The soups could possibly be the most delicious soup we have ever had. Right along with the amaretto cookie. My oh my!!! My entire family (5 yr, 9 yr, mom and dad) kept saying how delicious each bite was. We can't wait to go back!
Easily the best Thai restaurant I’ve been to EVER!!
The food is amazing every time and extremely authentic. Their menu is extensive with many options. I have a gluten allergy and they’ve always been accommodating of that.
Highlights on their menu in opinion (as a chef): Panang curry, Steamed Mussels, Spring Rolls, Coconut soup, and their coconut ice cream. My boyfriend isn’t gf and he loves their golden chicken.
Prices are reasonable and you get a healthy portion of food, especially with their lunch special!
I wish I didn’t live so far so I could come here more often!
If you are gluten free this place is not safe. I ordered the margarita chicken without the tortilla strips (they are corn, but fried in the same frier as flour). I said it had to be GF. It came out covered with tortilla strips. I sent it back. Another one came out that appeared to not have them. After I ate most of it, I found there were some tortilla strips underneath all of the food. I had finished eating before two members of my party got their food (we had ordered appetizers, so they ate those in the meanwhile). They gave me my poison for free, but it’s hardly a consolation for now being quite ill. We had a larger group. If you have no food allergies and a small group it might be fine.
No gluten free labeling, though staff had an idea of what was 'probably' gluten free--for those who would be concerned about that.
The ice cream was very good, the texture and flavor was awesome. The staff were nice, and we were all happy to be there.
‼️ UPDATE Warning they claim 95% gluten free but fry EVERYTHING in the same vat with flour tortillas..Will someone please explain to them that can’t claim gluten free because of this practice 🤦🏻♂️
We ordered chicken fajitas and steak street tacos, our go too meals for Mexican food: the menu is 95% gluten free (update not really)
which is great because we are celiacs. The street tacos were excellent but OMG the chicken fajita was fire!! The first time EVER I wanted to keep her fajitas over my steak! Both were good but fajitas over the top ! New favorite place, sorry Blue Iguana
Super Disappointing. SOL if you have any dietary restrictions such as gluten or lactose. Prime Rib had no flavor and was room temperature.
My department held our Christmas dinner here. The menu was reduced to cater to a large group. There was not a single appetizer I could eat. apparently they don’t know how to make an appetizer unless flour is the chief ingredient. My salad was just lettuce. At least at Texas Roadhouse there’s egg in the salad if you don’t get the croutons.
I miss classy restaurants of Newport such as Seasons 52 that had gluten free options. At Seasons they even had gluten free breadsticks to dip in the artichoke dip. I can almost imagine a conversation between the owner and chef of Carvers. One asks, “but what if someone has dietary restrictions? What alternatives will we offer?” And the response is “screw those people. They can eat plain lettuce.”
This Texas Roadhouse location gave us the best dining experience I have ever had. Our server was so friendly and kind. He talked to us and our 1 year old. He told us about his kids and it just felt like we were talking to an old friend rather than a server we had never met. I mentioned that I couldn’t have the rolls because of a health issue. He got a menu out that had all of their gluten free options for me and took time to discuss with me what I could safely eat. I often feel like an inconvenience to servers when I eat out, but he made me feel heard and made sure my food was safe. The atmosphere was so positive and I have never had a server be so kind and care so much about my dietary restrictions. I wish I could give this location more than 5 stars. I even spoke to a manager on the way out to let them know how impressed I was, which I have never done. This experience was so overwhelmingly positive. I don’t think I have ever left a restaurant feeling happier. Thank you to our server and this location for making our night great.
Fast food is what it is these days. Expensive, and slower due to staffing shortages and food prices.
My order was fine, and the gal that helped me was really sweet and patient with my annoying order. I get a Grilled Chicken Asiago Club with no bun, no ranch, add mayo! This order has never agitated my gluten free diet. I’m not sure if it would be indicated as celiac friendly though.
Celebrated my wife’s birthday here and it did not disappoint. Excellent food enjoyed on a beautiful secluded patio. Enjoyed the Australian elk and filet which both had deeply vibrant and fresh flavors. Very easy to find lots of options without gluten. Our new favorite fine dining!
Food was fantastic, healthy, and filling. I love how each item was marked with the dietary criteria it met, such as Vegan, Gluten Free, and even Whole 30. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
Mild curry dip on 'naked' (no breading/gluten free) wings was yummy. Also had the Buffalo chicken sandwich. It was a great balance of traditional flavor wings and blue cheese dressing.
My husband and I stopped by for lunch. This place is new to us. atmosphere is great! The music is up beat. Oh, and the food can’t be beat. The best fish chips I’ve ever had in my life!! The owner explained how the fish is Japanese trimmed, so the best parts of the fish are used (moist and tender) and the batter is made from rice flour. It doesn’t say it’s gluten-free. And there are delicious sauces to use with your fish. We also shared the little donuts With a mango cream sauce . Definitely will be going back there.
We went here on a dinner date and had a great experience. I must admit-the tapas are a bit spendy and you get very little. However, we enjoyed the gluten free roll options which were filling. Bo was our server and she was excellent!
