A 100% dedicated GF restaurant as well as a grab and go window available next to the restaurant! I got a turkey, brie, arugula and tomato sandwich on focaccia at the take away window and it was so delicious!! And huge!!!
The bakery has a seperate case for gluten free items- some pastries and mini sandwiches. I got 2 pastries and they asked if I would like any filling: you can get it plain, chocolate, pistachio, jam, etc. I got one chocolate and one pistachio. Both were delicious! Limited table space but I didn't have to wait too long for a seat.
Pino’s was totally authentic and the food was incredible. The best sandwich I have ever had, and their gluten free bread was phenomenal. Thank you Pino!

Amazing vegan sandwich, long queue but still quick service with quality food. Clearly labeled menu with allergens listed, also gluten free bread is available for those who need that. So good!!!
Normal sandwiches have a tourist price. I came because they had gluten-free bread but the price was too expensive for two mini sandwiches with supermarket bread. If you go for gluten-free, nothing recommended :(

A hidden gem behind the hustle and bustle of the Duomo - authentic food of good quality, attentive service and gluten free options. The bisteca is a must.
Everytime we pass this place in the evening, it is packed with people outside and inside. We finally tried it a few weeks back and we have been back 3 times now! They have delicious sandwiches in 3 different breads (even a gluten free option!!!) and you can either choose one of their recipes or you can build your own with 3 ingredients for 6 euros. Fantastic pricing and wonderful sandwiches! They also have a menu of the month available, but booking is needed for that. I've never tried it yet, but will! They even mentioned that they can arrange alternatives for vegetarian or gluten free dietary restrictions. They have an outside seating area as well as inside one. And an extra room in the back and basement for seating among the wine, super cool and local! The staff (and we had the pleasure to meet the owner too) have always been nice and friendly and they spoke English too, which made it easier if needed. Their menu is both in English and Italian. And their house wine is 10/10! Make sure to order a bottle for sure!!
I took a gluten-free seitanotto as I have celiac disease, I must say that I thought it was a sandwich with gluten. Yummy, perfection. An incredible mix of ingredients. No, I didn't think such a good sandwich existed. Thank you chef🥰🥰
Places where there is gluten-free bread, the person who served me was very attentive and very professional. The Sandwich was very good, only the small size was available
Please note, however, there is no menu for people who order gluten-free, so you will pay full price for your drink and cookie/fries.
