Was rather disappointed today on a few levels.... firstly phoned to make a booking and was NOT told about the breakfast "special" until 10 a.m. so would.d have made an earlier booking, Our drinks were tepid instead of hot, one in the party was assured of a substitute but her meal came without it and she was not informed that it would not be done. English muffin type breakfasts also arrived cold, egg was asked to be soft but the egg could be bounced off a wall it was so hard poached, meager amount of haloumi could not be tasted. Even if you are busy small basic attention to these issues should be a standard which detracts from the menu offered. Need more gluten free alternates
