I have celiac disease, and I don't think I can remember any other restaurant where I have felt so happy and comfortable. The menu is spectacular, the service magnificent and the place beautiful and full of history. They are experts in dietary restrictions and it is the first thing they ask as soon as you arrive; In addition, they treat the raw materials in an exquisite way and promote those from the area. It is a workshop, where you can buy products with and without gluten. I didn't know about it because I usually order gluten-free products from them online, but the service is great and so are the products.

Delicious chocolate crepe. They prepare it at the moment, the perfect dough and with a cinnamon flavor... to repeat! All natural products. The establishment is very clean and the owners are friendly and provide excellent service. Ahh! Gluten and lactose free ice creams!

We went without a reservation and they gave us the option of eating on the terrace because everything was booked (as is logical on these dates). Despite being at the top, we ate very well and the service was attentive and without losing our sense of humor despite the workload. Note that they allow pets and have gluten-free options. Adaptation of gluten-free dishes. We had a Cantabrian cheese board for dinner, which I recommend, and a hamburger with Tudanca carve, goat and caramelized onion with GLUTEN-FREE BREAD. Cozy place at the entrance of Santillana.
