Would not be writing this review had the email of the owner I was provided worked (get the feeling I was given the wrong email intentionally).
The Service and Quality of Food have declined SIGNIFICANTLY!
Will however point out the COMEDY - EXCEPTIONAL!!! A waitress told a customer: "Eggs have Gluten!" The grains fed to the chickens actually is broken down entirely and not present in the egg. I would have paid hundreds if not thousands to have a video of this interaction to be able to repost/share!

First time at Billy’s and we definitely enjoyed ourselves!
Food was very good but it’s pretty spendy. The experience is lacking for me. With price that high I kinda expected the experience would match the price point. It’s loud and tables are pretty snug.
I am gluten free and would recommend the NOLO sushi roll.

Very GLUTEN-FREE/ DAIRY-FREE friendly! I visited September 7th after work and enjoyed the happy hour menu. Everything was as beautiful as it was scrumptious! I had sushi and the fried chicken and hot sake. I also ordered 1 serving of Uni. It was the perfect after-work treat! I highly recommend this gem. The server/bartender was very knowledgeable about the menu and a cheery, helpful attitude. I will 100% be back as often as I can. Nice portions, delicious sushi!

Tanner and Evan are the best bartenders to exist. Not only are they best friends that bring the best energy, but they are so personable and hard working. Crave is the only restaurant we come to at the MOA. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, because we know we wouldn’t get the service these two bring. Appreciate them and hope they stay at crave for a long time! Besides that, sushi rollers are also very hard working and the fish is so fresh. Love crave forever! The ambiance, the decor, the staff, all greet you upon arrival. When you are going to be sat the host preemptively asks if you require a special menu, which as a gluten free vegan was awesome! I also required special seating for our party due to a wheelchair and they didn’t even hesitate to accommodate us. As someone who doesn’t drink alcohol but doesn’t like to be left out with just lemonade as a drink option, I was pleasantly impressed with their nonalcoholic drink menu. I ordered the prohibition one and really enjoyed it. Crave has always impressed me with their inclusion of vegetarian offerings but the beet and quinoa vegan salad was amazing! Everyone was so pleased with their meals. We ended with a fun sparkling dessert for the birthday lady!
