If they would take care of contamination it would be such an amazing place for celiac people. But wouldn't recommend if you're celiac. Wow wow wow. Finding vegetarian sushi was always hard, but after being diagnosed with celiac it became even harder. Stumbled upon Nooch today and am so happy that I did. Their online menu allows you to filter by allergens and dietary preferences (vegan, veggie, etc). I mentioned to the waitress that I can’t have gluten and she let me know which soy sauce on the table was gluten free. I ordered a veggie sushi platter and it was delicious. When they brought my food, the waitress let me know that there had been a recipe change for an item, the Inari, and the chef wasn’t confident anymore in whether it was gluten free or not, so he replaced it with an extra of another item. I really appreciated the care and thought put into the meal to insure I didn’t get sick. Will definitely be back!
