Our usually place to order pizza since my husband and I are celiac. We always specify over the phone. Last night we were glutened. Our cauliflower crust pizza ended up being a regular crusted pizza. Needless to say we both ended the night with our heads in the toilet. We won't be going back.
I had the chance to go to this location for the first time. In the beginning I talked about the gluten allergy and they were kind in accommodating all my requests. They took all the toppings from back and made the mango salsa fresh to avoid cross contamination. All the members of the staff were amazing. Special shout-out to Jinan for making my order. Would highly recommend if you have allergy requests.

Decent food but not my favourite sushi in London. I feel like there was less variety than other places, but most of what they did serve was really good. I enjoyed the yam roll especially! However, the lamb skewer was disappointing. Service was great and they asked if our group had any dietary restrictions, and even brought out a special menu full of their gluten free options.
If you are a larger group there is a 15% gratuity added to your bill which I did not mind. However, the one thing I did wish this restaurant would do differently is waiting until a majority of the group is present before starting your meal timer, as you have a strict 90 minute timer for your meal. I ended up being about 10 minutes earlier than the rest of my group and while we were able to order everything we wanted in the 90 minutes, it was a shock.
Absolutely Incredible in Every Way
Pronto’s Pizza in London, Ontario is hands down one of the best pizza places I’ve ever experienced — and I don’t say that lightly. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth, friendliness, and the mouthwatering aroma of freshly baked pizza.
Let’s talk about the pizza — the crust is perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, made with whole wheat dough and infused with Canadian-grown canola oil for that wholesome taste. The sauce? Rich, flavourful, and clearly homemade. The cheese is top-notch, and they don’t skimp on toppings — everything tastes fresh, premium, and generously portioned.
What really sets Pronto’s apart is the customization and inclusivity. Whether you’re vegan, gluten-free, or halal, you’ll find plenty of delicious options here. Their vegan cheese (Daiya) is melty and satisfying, and their halal meats are cooked to perfection. You can tell they truly care about making sure everyone can enjoy a slice.
I’ve also tried their wings — crispy, flavourful, and honestly better than any big pizza chain I’ve had. The garlic bread and poutine? Just as amazing. Their menu has depth without sacrificing quality.
Service is incredible. The staff are always friendly, professional, and you can tell they’re passionate about what they do. Orders are consistent, whether you’re dining in, grabbing takeout, or ordering late-night delivery (they’re open crazy late — until 4 AM on weekends!).
This place is a gem in London. The love and attention to detail in every bite is obvious. If you’re a pizza lover (or even if you’re not), Pronto’s is a must-try. I can’t recommend them enough.
Final verdict: 10/10.
If you haven’t been yet, GO. You’ll be blown away. 🍕🔥
Tried two items for take out yesterday (9 Sept. 21); on the left is fried rice noodles with sliced beef and XO sauce (D11) and BBQ pork with honey (C6). Very tasty! I will definitely try more dishes from their extensive menu. (Stir Fried Lobster gets my mouth watering.) The portions are very generous, as other reviewers have mentioned, and they only use vegetable oil. There is also a gluten free option.
Inside is very nicely decorated. There were a few tables enjoying a late lunch and their selection also looked and smelled great.
Have been several times to this restaurant for breakfast. We are always seated quickly, the waitstaff is pleasant, and the food is good. Coffee refills offered.
They do not offer gluten-free toast, and their menu specifies no substitutions - you have to take what you get. The breakfast potato is the 1” diced and fried style, not greasy. You pay at the till when finished.
My companion ordered eggs and bacon - no toast since no GF, and no tomato slices offered because no subs.
I didn’t feel like eggs, so ordered the Southwestern Vegan Breakfast Hash: disappointing. It was a plate of their breakfast potatoes with a small smattering of little pieces of onion, mushroom and red pepper: basically a plate of potatoes, with a little pot of guacamole and a little pot of diced tomato on the side. I mean, the potatoes were good and all - but it could have used a bigger representation of the other veggies. I was potatoed-out by the time I was done.
We were there on a Sunday morning, and the restaurant wasn’t half full, so it was a peaceful breakfast and we were served quickly. The server checked on us several times.
Overall, not my favourite breakfast place, but clean, good service, and reasonable, if limited, food options. Obviously more choices if you don’t have food restrictions.
Some $14 for a bowl of broth with noodles, which arrived with a few bok choy leafs and a few little pieces of the proteins.
To make a sense of the soup, it takes to add a side "vegetable" (a reasonable amount of choy) for some $7 and also some protein from the menu.
Beef, lamb and pork broths have a great flavor!
Potato noodles are gluten-free.
Cucumber salad chopped into irregular pieces.
I work nearby and was curious about the food.
I have ordered twice - both times, the food was good. Most recently, the food was still hot after I drove 20-minutes home.
The staff was knowledgeable about which dishes I couldn't have with my gluten-intolerance.
Their website is easy to navigate and find the dishes that are right for your family.
Love their food! The shawarma bowls are delicious, so are the falafel sandwiches and fries. Also, special thanks to Mukesh who has twice prepared my orders to be celiac safe! He was careful to prepare my food with clean gloves, in a cleaned space, and using new veggies to limit cross contamination. Will definitely order from here again.
King of Pigs has become my go-to place to dine-in or do take-out. I struggle to find good food that meets my dietary restrictions in gluten and diary. King of Pigs is amazing - great food, no added gluten to most dishes and great service.
