Breads with a simple, acceptable flavor, I think suitable for most tastes, with the difference that they are gluten-free, but they are high in carbohydrates. There is no difference from one bread model to another; it seems that only the shape changes.
La Otilia is the perfect place to eat if you have dietary restrictions or a specific diet. They have gluten-free, keto, vegan, paleo, and other options.
This time, we ordered a Hawaiian pizza. Although they recommend sharing it, I feel like the portion is personal.
For dessert, we ordered a lemon pie and a gansito (my favorite!), along with smoothies (red berries, coconut yogurt, and ginger).
The place is pet-friendly 🐶💙 and they have dog treats.
The staff is very friendly 🙌🏼
Delicious gluten-free pizzas. The place is small to eat there. There are two to three tables. But the pizzas are delicious, and can be ordered to go. I recommend the Campo Pizza and the wild mushroom pizza. Super rich!
The place is small but pleasant. They serve you very well from the moment you arrive. They have a variety of products, which are gluten- and lactose-free. The Rosca de Reyes is delicious.
We came around 1pm and the place was almost empty. They accommodate glutenfree (Pasta Option and a couple of meats). Service was okay but the food took forever and was mediocre. Wouldn’t come back.

The desserts and pastries are delicious. The Gansito is delicious. The place is well-decorated, although a bit small. The establishment needs more cleanliness. They cater to all diets: keto, sugar-free, gluten-free, paleo, etc.
Everything was very delicious! Very good option for vegans and non-vegans. I came with a non-vegan person and he didn't notice the difference! You can also choose gluten free bread, and my sister can't eat gluten so it was perfect.
My favorites were the Poyo bites and the milkshake :))
Excellent Sunday plan!

This was one of my favorite restaurants and one of the best experiences I had in CDMX. The staff was very knowledgeable and, even though only about 1/4 of the menu was GF, everything I ate was delicious!
I visited yesterday, Sunday, June 22nd, I was only going for cake because of the
Bad experience I had at The Buttery, but we ended up ordering 4 tuna tostadas, which are delicious. I mean, they're a staple, but the chipotle sauce with the tuna and the good consistency of the tostadas. And when you add the habanero onions, the cake is delicious. Needless to say, for me, who can't eat gluten, it's delicious.
I ordered an Americano coffee, I didn't like it at all. It was too strong, so I left it.
The cayo hacha tostadas were delicious. I recommend them, but if you can, skip them. Or if you want to try the cayo hacha prepared this way, it's not bad, but for $239 pesos for 1 piece, it's better to have another tuna tostadas and some lemon water with chia seeds. Delicious, that's all I tried. This time I'll go back for the red snapper.
Awesome atmosphere and very good food. I have celiac disease and heard this was a good option for gluten free—our waiter kind of seemed to get it but then brought out my dessert (mango sorbet) on a bed of cookie crumbles, after confirming with me that this would be the one safe dessert option…so can’t say that they really get it as well as other restaurants in the area. Try at your own risk.
The cactus tartar was really interesting. Kind of on the sour side but refreshing. I think Antolina offers good dishes, drinks, service, and cozy atmosphere. Also, they do take note of people who need gluten free options.

Absolute FAVORITE place! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating - they have a separate gluten free fryer! And the food was beyond delicious!
What a gem! Such nice ambience with fantastic and outstanding service. Our food came fast and was delicious. Glutenfree and dairyfree was easy to accommodate and the waitress was knowledgeable. We would come back any time.

We had lunch at the taqueria today - the food was amazing and our waiter, Ismael, was the best!! He explained the history of the restaurant, the different kinds of corn they use, and how they make the tortillas. He also thoroughly explained the menu (in English), gave us samples of the drinks we were interested in, and was incredibly patient and understanding of my gluten allergy. I highly recommend stopping here for some amazing tacos during your stay!!
Best vegan tacos of my life- they were able to adapt them to make them gluten free. Their homemade vegan cheese was unbelievably yummy & their sugar free all natural sodas left me wanting more

10 course lunch over 3 hours with friends on a perfect autumnal day in CDMX: life doesn’t get much better. The food and service were exquisite with white Bordeaux to match. Some dishes contain insects (not visibly) and almost none contain gluten. It is not cheap but this level of cuisine might unaffordable in other cities, even if you could get a table.
I really liked the tacos. Most things are made from corn, so I was able to eat here without any problems although according to me there are no extra gluten-free options.
Obsessed with this place for breakfast or brunch. We did get this included for free by using the AmEx card to book our stay at the Sofitel. The food is so delicious and beautiful, buffet and menu ordering. The service is perfection - kind, attentive, helpful, everyone speaks so many languages. On our last day, the wonderful *Sara* at the crepe/quesadilla station packed us up amazing to go boxes for our flight. Francisco, Enrique, Dany, and a fabulous woman waitress who I didn't get her name just were the best. I just love this place so much! The chocolate crepes, the yogurt and toppings, OMG the insane pastries, OMG the chilaquiles with green sauce, the juices and the ginger peach tea... I could go on and on. They have great gluten free options too. Chairs are comfortable. Sometimes a little noisy, and I wish the music wasn't all American! Definitely recommend going for sure though.
First of all, before taking the order, they asked us if we had allergies and I have celiac disease.
They brought me psalms. And they told me that the potatoes in the lamb ribs are made where other foods are made and they changed it for me.
Excellent service.
The best food we had in Mexico City! I’m still dreaming of the corn tamales. The dishes are very simple and small. So we were able to order a variety of dishes. The service was great and were knowledgeable and accommodating towards my gluten allergy. Everything on the menu was gluten free. Can’t wait to come back.
Came here for breakfast on a Sunday. Service was largely disorganized (servers kept bringing over dishes that we did not order).
We had the seasonal fruit platter, eggs benedict, and Milo’s eggs. The main dishes arrived cold, and tasted subpar. The tortilla in the eggs were flour tortillas (instead of corn tortillas per our request to accommodate for gluten allergy).
Finally, when the bill arrived, the server included additional tips without our consent, which is totally unacceptable. I left the place feeling cheated and ripped off.
Of all the sushi bar restaurants Moshi Moshi will always be my best choice!
The food in general is good, the service is efficient, they have a great variety of dishes, the “totori” rolls will always be my favorites, although I must say that the tiradito moshi moshi is a delight, the aguachile is perfect in quality and flavor and for Of course the combo bowl accompanied by some rock shrimp are really delicious.
The only thing there that doesn't convince me are the chairs that are too rigid and uncomfortable and the super narrow table.
The funny thing is that I have been eating in these restaurants for years and I never felt like ordering dessert until I finally managed to try the gluten-free March chocolate bread with a soft, spongy texture, low in sugar, I was seriously delighted, and which of course I accompanied with a delicious tea of natural herbs brought from Japan and marketed in Mexico, that definitely makes it more special, nothing like a good cup of tea to calm the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Bon appetit… and remember to enjoy your food in good company!
Sayonara.!!!
The service was good, the guy who helped me was super friendly. It is appreciated that they have, even if they are few, gluten free options. Good selection of books. I'll definitely be back ☺️
